It was the utmost worst, never ending nightmare with them. The Office Manager is shady as h$ll and had me sign financial documents while being heavily sedated for teeth extractions. Then, the top and bottom partials the SHOVED in my mouth, we’re DEFINITELY NOT mine and we’re entirely too small. I had to have stitches from the slice the made in my gums. Cavities were filled half a$$, and not properly done. I literally just left ANOTHER Dentist after he had to perform a root canal on a tooth that ASPEN filled less than a year ago. Only part of the decay was removed, so the cavity grew closer to the root. While having said root canal done, The NEW Dentist, NOT ASPEN Couldn’t reach the canal, because CEMENT was blocking said canal.My So called NEW PARTIALS still don’t fit right & has caused so much pain and discomfort. No way will I EVER walk through your doors again! Hopefully You Will be made to Close! You have no business to to be open!

These were the nicest people! My last dental experience somewhere else was a traumatic experience that put me in shock and then they left me in a room alone. This place is SOOOO very different! The people there enjoy their work and each other, and make the experience much easier. They really care about you and will work with you to reach your dental goals. Highly recommended.Unfortunately, the dentures never fit right but all I was ever told was "the bite looks good". I worked at a dental office like this. Get em in, get em out. Yes, the people are awesome, but the end result wasn't as I'd hoped. Paid cash. Full upper denture, lower partial. I'd gone in for a broken tooth. Next thing I know, I'm having all but 4 teeth pulled and a denture.Try a smaller, local dentist. Corporate dentistry always seems to miss the mark, no matter how great the people are.

It was a very good experience. I was able to get in for an appointment fairly quick and everyone at the office was friendly and accommodating. Not really a complaint but I do think that the station that discusses finance and payments should be in a little more private area. I know I could hear everything about a patient as I was in the waiting room.

After arriving for my appointment. It was fairly simple to answer a few questions before checking in .didn't have to wait long to see dr.seemed everyone involved for my visit treated me professionally,and with great enthusiasm. Unlike some places you go at that time of day.I. got treated nicely.

My appointment was at 8:30am and I was not seen until 10:00am for a resetting of a crown that had ‘fallen off’. They took a complete set of x-rays that I was informed AFTER my visit that was unnecessary and still charged me for them. To reset the crown it was a $375.00 visit. I received an email yesterday to confirm the appointment; confirmed the appointment via email. Then received a phone call/voice mail & that if I did not return their call that my appointment would be canceled. I will not be a return client.
