Had to get a new phone after destroying my old one. Was helped immediately when I walked in the door by Mike. Was able to get a new phone, case, screen protector and charger. Had to use the iCloud but was able to recover everything from my old phone. Using the cloud and not having my older phone made the process go a little slower but to no fault of AT&T. Was in and out in about 1 hour. Everyone in the store was nice and easy going.

My mother and I arrived to this store to try and upgrade my phone. As soon as the store associate asked for my mothers I.D she told him in advance that she got married and the name might be different from the account name. The store associate then proceeded to say that my brother was the primary account holder, even though it has been my mothers account that she has had for 17+ years. The store associate then said that he could not help us and then said that my brother was in charge of the account and would have to get the phone for me. The store associate gave us a phone number to call to try to fix this problem. We were on hold for 30 mins. I then looked up the correct number for customer service and they answered instantly. The lady on the phone was baffled after we told her what happened at this store. She confirmed that my mother was the primary account holder and if her drivers I.D did not match, he could have looked her up with her S.S card. The lady with customer service was extremely helpful and told us to never go back to this store again.

I just came in to see if you guys had the trade in deal like T-Mobile has. Where they pay off your phone to get you to switch. The guy was extremely rude for the second I walked in. Act like I was stupid for asking that question. Than was like I give you a quote. Like if you are going to be that rude I am going to leave. So I did! Then he said something about how if I owed 800 or more assuming i did. When I only owe like 200 on my phone. I might of paid off my phone and switch if he wasn’t so judgy. For him to assume was just werid. I came in around 2:30 on may 15.

We went in to upgrade our phones and Hope was our customer service representative. What a pleasant and professional young lady. We've dealt with AT&T since they bought Alltel, and this was our best experience yet.

I recently switched from Verizon to AT&T. I switched 6 phones and added a new line. I worked with Justus and Gabe. Both were incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. The price for my service and 7 new iPhone 15 Pro Max's was a fraction of my Verizon price and my service, where I live and the areas I drive most, is much better.
I highly recommend the team at the AT&T store in Sandusky!!

Brought my elderly mother into the store,just for regular cell service. He was trying to sell her services for streaming ect ect..when I told him she is an elderly woman who has no knowledge of " streaming he looked shocked. then was trying to sell her t.v services! It was quite a frustrating experience ! Anything to try to get her to sign up for stuff she did not need as a elderly woman!

After finding out the Sandusky store flat lied and ommitted information to me when signing up is INFURIATING! I CHANGED my review after talking to corporate after my first bill was over DOUBLE what I was told it would be. I also HATE auto withdrawal and ONLY signed up for it because I was told I could pay early, NOPE that was flat lie. Was told yesterday that you can't do that or it messes the auto pay up AND THEY TAKE IT OUT TWO DAY PRIOR TO THE DUE DATE?!?! I'm seriously already NOT likely AT&T.....I really, really, DONT like having sales people omitting info so they can make a higher commission from me! When informing AT&T that no one had informed me it came out two days PRIOR to due date my response was "oh, well now you know" REALLY AT&T that's how you treat your customers?! I should have never switched!
