Due to a network issue, I unfortunately had to go to my nearest boost store. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately by Steve. He was extremely informative and had exceptional customer service skills. I’m very pleased with the service I had received. My problem wasn’t the easiest to solve and it took great patience, which he was able to provide, along with multitasking very well when other customers were to approach. I highly recommend, if you are looking for a new phone, or need help with your service, Steve, is the guy to see. Thank you, so much Steve! I appreciate your positive character, in such a tedious/difficult situation. I’m happy my problem has finally been resolved.

I've been coming to this location for years and their is a new worker named Matt. I've came in several times with questions on how to use certain things on My phone as I am 70 years old and blind so I have trouble. Hes helped me every every single time

Was at the Cleveland road location until I decided to call Milan road just to compare prices. I Got the pleasure to deal with the new guy matt! Very lovely gentleman ! I ended up leaving Cleveland road and coming to Milan road and Matt gave me an amazing deal

Delt with a worker named Matt he was amazing. Great customer service and great attitude. I came in to pay for my phone bill and he ended up talking me into getting a new phone. He offered me such a great deal I couldn't refuse. 10/10 recommend this location

The salesman Steve and Matt were wonderful ! They were very professional, polite, funny and extremely helpful! They both got me and my wife in and out of that store with 2 iPhone 16s and service in less than 30 minutes. The deal was so good too they have amazing deals and I believe they do financing as well

We went in to switch our service from Verizon. They were running a free phone when you switch from your current carrier. He was out of that specific phone and offered us several different phones in place of what we went in for. He said he should have the Motorola phones in a day or two and he would call us when they arrived. He was very helpful, didn't try to push us to get another phone. He also wrote down what he would need to expedite the number being transferred over, which is awesome as we had issues transferring the number before.

Have someone in the store to accept cash payments. No one ever there. Unnaceptable !!! 12-14-2023. pissed switching to strait talk after having boost mobile 7 years.
