Completely awful!! We pay for the “fast” internet. Suppose to hit 1,000 and only hitting 200. Can’t wait to get rid of their internet in a few days! Tired of being ripped off!

Woman just handed me my new remote and said turn on TV and it will show up on screen what to do,and didn't explain any other directions.when I got home I had to call a tech and he made matters worse.

Update: My dad finally ditched this evil company. He now pays less than around $160 instead of $400 he has all of the channels he used to plus plenty more. He now uses T Mobile internet, YouTube TV, Bally Sports, and HBO Max.Everyone should quit paying this terrible company that holds a monopoly in this area due to corruption.NEGATIVE 5 STARSBuckeye Cable System is one of the most deplorable companies in the area. They have a complete monopoly over the area and use this to overcharge people outrageous amounts at every turn.Additionally, you would think that your service would be great considering how much you're paying. WRONG! Terrible service coupled with terrible customer service. They also do things such as limit wi-fi and miscellaneous charges on your bill that serve no real purpose.When I was living in Columbus I used Spectrum. I paid less than 1/3 of the price for a better package. I got outstanding service and it was just such a better experience. I think it's about time someone looks into how and why Buckeye Cable is able to keep their grip firmly grasped around our throats.

A bridge too far....I was just notified of one rate raise too many. I am getting Verizon internet and Hulu Live TV+ for less than half what they want me to pay. I have been a loyal customer for decades, but enough abuse is enough.

This company sucks. Your automated phone calls me consistently demanding payment when I am enrolled in auto pay. I am forced to explain this situation every time they call. Like 7 days a week. Get it figured out already. Last month you only charged me for a partial bill. Then this month you charge me more to make up the difference. If you weren’t the only service in my area I would drop you. Get it figured out I dont have time to argue explain and fight your billing methods. Take the money on the third day of the month.

Cable is getting worse every day… picture is messed up then sound is screwed up then goes black …says to call if it persists…. Going all over the area …. Wish you would get it together….your going to lose a lot of customers…..not even bad weather ….smh

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! Would give zero stars if able. Lie after lie they just kick the can down the road. They made a mistake on my bill and over charged me by $40. I call to get it fixed. Customer service guy said he is only authorized to credit my account by $20 and that it would apply on the next billing cycle. I reminded him they over charged by $40. He gets a manager that tells me if I go to unlimited internet my bill will only go up $10. So I agreed to unlimited. Now here we are and my internet is $148 after I repeated it back to him three times “Next month my bill will be $118” he responded all three time “Correct” yet here we are and my bill is $148. So my bill went from $108 to $148 and I have been on the phone with them three different time at an average of an hour a phone call! This place is the biggest joke! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I call in to tell them my service plummets to almost non-exsistant after 7pm (after already having called their tech support and trouble shooting my end), and i was basically told they know it's an issue on their end, but they will do nothing about it, unless 2 or 3 other neighbors call in, they will not consider a discount, and i should "just deal with it"

Will not work with pricing on long term customers anymore. I just called Omni Fiber and they should be in Sandusky this. Fall. I cannot wait to leave Buckeye.
