“I initially went to them to buy soup bones. They had great beef femur bones when I went and it made a beautiful golden broth (both pictured.) While there, I grabbed some of their deviled egg potato salad, macaroni salad, and cherry deli ham. All were excellent. I'm looking forward to trying more stuff from here.”

“Ordered half a hog and these guys did the butchering. Very friendly staff. Helped with the different cuts and processing over the phone. Even hooked me up with a number to order half a cow.”
