“Was in Sandusky from Texas and had trouble with the rear end of my car while getting to Ohio. When I walked in and told them the issue, they said we’re really busy and we can possibly tell you what’s wrong and that might be all. I received a call the next day and they said it was only the tires. They said we don’t service tires but we’ll take it to the tire shop and bring it back for you and you can pick it up from us. Even being busy, they went out of their way to get the car done in one day and kept us from driving around a city we weren’t familiar with.”
