Robert, a teller at this bank is seriously the nicest guy in the world. Every time I walk in there (which I honestly hate banks and avoid interactions with people there) he is a bright beam of light fixing all my problems! The manager of this branch is also a very calm intelligent leader and you can tell the entire place is great at caring for their clients. Thank you! ?

This bank is ran by scamming con artists that are working with the scamming con artists at Santa Barbara Trust to STEAL your money. DON'T STEAL, THE GOVERNMENT HATES COMPETITION

Having just moved to the area, I just signed up for a checking and savings account. I signed up for paperless statements so there is no fee for checking account and you have up to a year to reach $200 in the savings account, which I plan to, before they charge you a fee. So basically, both accounts are free. Robert was the one that signed me up and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and was very friendly, I had a nice time talking with him while he was getting me set up. I previously had Bank of America before I moved here but am so happy I got to switch over to Civista. ! Also every time I walk in, the tellers are very kind and greet me at the door! So, so far, so good!!!!

Stopped in there this morning to cash a personal check from a Cista acct. Was promptly told that since I did not have an account with sea vista it was going to cost me $7 to cash said check. Told them my head a custody will account for my son there. Since they said this was not my accountIt would still cost me the $7. Their check, written to me from one of their customers. This is the biggest bunch of BS I have ever heard!! I guess they need the money more than I do. Now I remember why I did NOT choose Civista when I need to open an account.

Absolutely horrible! Tried getting my information on my online banking and the only thing they could do was to send it by mail or in person..... Kinda hard to do it in person when most people like me are working during Civistas whole 3 hours of being open!!! Not to mention I was wrongfully charged $1000 and now half to wait 4 days till I get MY money added BACK onto my account Next week switching banks!
