I would NOT recommend ever coming here. By far the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. My dad was having a diabetic emergency and when we went to the pharmacy to see if they had insulin syringes (he left his at home which was ~2hrs away). The pharmacist showed no compassion or empathy and basically told us we were out of luck.

I use this pharmacy because it is my employer's preferred pharmacy, but I think I am finally going to just pay more to go elsewhere. In the 5 years or so that I've been using this pharmacy for my maintenance medications, they have never once been ready when I'm told they will. I have to call to request the refill and then call again to ask and see if they're actually refilling it, and then call again to make sure that it's actually been filled before I drive to the store to pick it up. Then half the time that I actually make it to the store, it's still not ready. They'll say come at 2 o'clock, and if I show up at 4 they still have not even looked at it. It's extremely frustrating.I called to request a refill on Thursday. They said it would be ready in a couple of hours. I showed up on Friday and they said actually it won't be ready until tomorrow. I came back today which is Sunday, and I'm sitting here in the parking lot because they told me actually it won't be ready until Monday. This lady was actually pretty nice and has offered to fill the prescription right now instead of making me wait till monday since I am completely out for 2 days now.Edit: Based on the response I would like to make a few clarifications. Drug Mart has my correct contact information. I do receive texts if/when they fill the prescription. Also, these issues are not due to prior authorization problems. I've been on these medications for years (decades?) and they are cheap generic maintenance meds. I've spoken to people in the store many times and they are not helpful. This is clearly a management issue.

Sandusky Drug Mart Pharmacy is the worst. Go somewhere else. Clerks are rude, flippant and have no social skills. Every time I go is cringeworthy experience. Can’t wait to switch.

NEVER AGAIN!I am tired of the rude pharmacy people. I am NOT an interruption to your day. I am the REASON you have a job. The Huron store is so much better than yours. I will be moving all my prescriptions to CVS at Target. Tired of the long waits and the nasty treatment your staff dishes out.

Petty staff. I am visiting from out of state and have no water with me, so I ran in here. It was minutes before closing, which I didn't know since I'm not from Sandusky, OH. We don't have this store in Philadelphia. The employee by the cigarettes with medium length blond hair was literally yelling "Here comes another one!" And the short black haired one with glasses and the grandma haircut yelled "I hope it's for something quick!" Then came out looking at me. I said it is for something quick, I need water. She directed me to the cooler, but I'm not paying all that money for 2 waters, so I ran to the back for a 6pack at 2.99, which could get me a 24+ pack in my city but whatever. Cashier, the blond, couldn't care less. Super sour attitude. These ladies shouldn't be in customer service. I get they're seasoned, but if your job has you that level of bitter, please find another one or find a way to stay at home so other people don't have to deal with your unpleasantness.

Everytime I go to the pharmacy and go to the prescription fill window the lady who is always working comes off very rude, even on the phone even more rude. I called to have a script filled and she rudely says it's already ready to be picked up sir.... like I'm suppose to know that

Got medicine today the text i got saying my meds were in said i had 3 . But the pharmacist Said there was only 1 . She was enticingly rude and had a major attitude problem. Shes like this for the last 5 times ive been through the pharmacy drive thru. But today was my last straw .her name was annette S for anyone wondering.

Ridiculous my son got out of the ER and the doctor called in the prescription and you didn't fill it because there was no insurance card on file...staff lost and confused 5 old folks were waiting longer than I was sad. @ drug marts response apparently you can't read your staff admitted they didn't fill it because there was no insurance card on file and this goes against any other pharmacies policy....a doctor sends the prescription you fill it and when I show up I show you the insurance card or I pay out of pocket!

Came here because I needed some cold meds and a nasal rinse bottle. Aisles feel very compressed and I am none too happy about how long it took to find the nasal rinse. I also just don't like the atmosphere in there, even meijer does that better (but not by too much). I'll be willing to consider returning here in the future
