Terrible service with body shop. Called for an insurance claim on hail damage. They made an appointment with me and told me they would have the car for three days. I never heard anything after three days, and I had called multiple times at the time. Finally was able to get through and get my car back a week later, they had done nothing with my car and didn’t even contact my insurance at that point. He tried to say I didn’t bring my estimate paper from insurance when I had brought it when I initially dropped off my car. A week later they called me and said they needed my car again to circle and mark damage for insurance so we agreed on a time for me to come back. When I came back he was out on lunch. This did nothing but waste a months worth of time, and they basically asked me if I wanted my car totaled. After he wasn’t there for my appointment I gave up with them and took it to Snyder instead. Personally I just wanted to write this so others can avoid this scam of a company and I hope this goes to the owners so they can work on this for their own business sake. I personally run my own little business and would NEVER operate customer service this way.

Horrible horrible to the max!!! Our car is new no scratches at all no dents! Get a oil change and tires rotated, plus a car wash. Our comes back with a tons of scratches on the back an passenger side of our vehicle. We will be pursuing action to have foster fix the damages they did to our car.

How great it was to find a place to replace the radiator in my truck on short notice.Every employee I encountered from the person I spoke with on the phone, the person creating my ticket for the repair, the person who dropped me off at my hotel, the person that picked me back up from my hotel to person that cashed me out, they were all amazing. Everyone greeted me with a smile and a welcome. They were quick and efficient. As I was explaining the issue I was having with the radiator an employee approached and said he was there to take me back to my hotel. Several hours later I received a call asking for the address to the hotel because the truck was done and they were coming to pick me up.I can’t say enough good things about this place. When one shop said they might be able to get to it next week, they said “ bring it in, we will take care of it.” And take care of it they did.

I had a great experience! I have purchased cars from Sue Sheck Roth in the past because she is an outstanding sales person who goes above and beyond for her clients. She has an incredible amount of repeat clients which speaks volumes for her reputation! I look forward to future experiences with this dealership and Sue!

I appreciate the thorough work of your technicians. The oil was changed, tires rotated AND my car was washed! My windshield had some serious bug guts when I brought the car in. It was totally clean when I left!! It's difficult for me to reach the middle of the windshield, so that was a great service! Thank you so much!

Thought I would leave a review of my experience. Chloe my sales rep. did a fine job, we just couldn't make a deal. Everyone there I met was friendly. I don't think I made an unfair deal looking at the sales history of the vehicle and what my sources showd was a FMV, but we just didn't see eye to eye. That's life and it's o.k. Thank you Chloe for your time and patience.

I have inquired about a Camaro they have, multiple times. I asked for them to send me all the details so I can send it to my bank and get approved. They have yet to do so. Here's the best part, they had the same car for $29,750. I just checked today, thinking may the sold it? Nope, now it's $30,500. Yeah, this place is trash!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! BUYER BEWARE. I have been working with a sales rep and the Manager Tony. They promised me a lease deal, ran my credit, approved my application, used my GM employee number, had me switch my insurance over and the car is to be delivered in the next couple hours when I get a phone call from the Manager Mike that they cannot honor the deal anymore. All this after this same day I was asked to download the app, add the vehicle and start it from my phone! They did a bait and switch at the 11th hour. They took advantage of me as a woman and gave me no other options. I did everything that was asked of me until the final moment of when the car is to be delivered. DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED. The only other thing I can do is file a complaint against them with the state for this unethical behavior. I have fallen victim to there scams and am mortified that a dealership that has been there since 1955 can treat a customer like this! GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

Middle of the road review.The good: very happy with my truck, and the purchase experience was quick and easy (this was in 2017). Chevrolet makes a great product and I never had a issue with the truck itself.The not so good: communication on more than one level. Emails went unanswered, phone number got lost, call was never returned when promised. Your best bet is to show up in person or have your attorney reach out. I was due a service contract refund and patiently waited over 5 months for it.

Foster Chevrolet-Cadillac best place to come and get scammed! My sister started the process for a new lease. Everyone agreed to the terms, my sister changed her insurance, signed documents to return her current lease, took time off work, and then I’m the final hour Tony the sales manager called and pulled the deal. Not only did he pull the deal he was extremely rude and unprofessional about it. The attitude he gave was as if my sister was at fault for pulling the deal. This is supposed to be a family dealership that cares about its clients. Well it looks like they care about you only when they can rip you off.Thank you Tony for all the hard work you put into ruining people’s lives. Your efforts are greatly appreciated!!!

This place promised a deal and went through the entire process including approving for financing, running credit, using the Gm discount, downloading the app and starting the car, changing over insurance etc. Right before delivery of vehicle they backed out of the deal. Chloe, Victoria were the salespeople, I don’t think they were involved in it…But Tony was the manager who made the call. Do not work with them unless you want to be scammed. Apparently the Owner made the decision but crickets from him. Horrible way to be treated when the deal was given on their end!!!!

HORRIBLE! Scammed my family into believing she was getting a car and the last minute after running her credit, approving her, using her GM number, making her download app and start the car and making her change her insurance over they backed out! Two hours prior to delivery!!! SCAMMED her, bait and switch and it’s finest.

Speed on a Saturday afternoon because my anti theft was on and I knew I would have issues. The woman who answered the phone and then the gentleman who helped me figure things out, went above and beyond. Great service!

The service department was unaware that I had an appointment. Since I can’t get anyone in service to answer a call, I booked online. I got an email confirmation & a text reminder the day before my appointment. The service department cannot see online appointments? There’s a huge snag that needs to be addressed. They worked me in, we’re very polite, but it was a longer wait. Also, even though I had requested my car get washed, it didn’t happen. I just wanted to go home.

Had two bent rims had them replaced and then realized that the tires were also bad they replaced them except took off one of the good tires and left a bad one if they had any brains they should have realized that the two new tires would go on the two new rims have called several times left messages but the service guy doesn’t call back so I’ll have to stop in and take it up with a higher up
