Ordered a acrylic shower
Delivered damaged.Left panel had cracked flange. Surround was just thrown on ground by back door.
Called and homedepot rep had me call manufacturer Delta. Manufacturing laughed in my ear. Said it wasn't a warranty issue. So I could not get a replacement panel. Had to repair and live with it. Sad I'm disabled and I could not return do to size and Weight. Beware these delivery people and the Homedepot could careless.

Chad was super helpful! He even carried our salt bag to us from the back! Very nice man.

Was only in the store for a few minutes, yet I was asked 3 times if I needed any assistance. Over the last few years, I've migrated from shopping at Lowe's and frequent Home Depot much more often. Better service, veteran discounts and selection.

Great appliance department, the associate (Andrew)was very knowledgeable and friendly he was able to help find an alternative product since the one I wanted was on backorder. Keep up the great customer service 👍
