This was the worst experience I've ever had as a Harbor freight customer. It has nothing to do with any product, it's the company policy and the rude service I received. I went in on 08/07/24 to purchase a 9500 watt generator, they refused to sell me one even though 2 were available. They said it was because I wasn't in a truck. I had a large SUV to haul it in. I asked them to let me pay for it now and I would arrange for a friend with a truck to come get it. They said no. My in-laws are elderly and are without power due to a major storm. There health has been negatively affected due to the actions of the employees that refused to sell me a generator they had in stock. I doubt I'll ever patronize this place again and I'll encourage anyone who'll listen to not shop there also.
