I haven't visited a Hobby Lobby in years, however I was gifted a gift card I needed to use. My impression is that they have lost their roots of being a craft store. They've always had small furniture and home decor but it seemed their emphasis was on crafts. It doesn't appear that way anymore. As I browsed the aisles there were cheaply made shower curtains, bath towels, rugs and bedspreads. Then several aisles of toys and games, an aisle of pet supplies, a section of religious and inspirational books, dishes, aisles of framed artwork and of course home decor. The crafts are somewhat around the perimeter of the store. I looked for quite some time for craft materials I might want but didn't really see much of anything I needed or wanted. I was left with the impression that Hobby Lobby needs to decide what they want to be instead of trying to be a bit of everything.

This place is like heaven for us crafters, they literally have everything that you need. It honestly makes me wish I was rich so I could shop till I drop. The staff is always so helpful and friendly, whenever you have a question or need help finding something they are there for you. And there is always sales going on.

One of the best stores around for your hobby needs. Great prices and selections. They are a one-stop shop, they have everything and if there's something they don't have though order it for you. Great crew of workers always upbeat and cheery and willing to help you with even the littlest request. 10 out of 10.

Okay, I went in for some material and noticed that they had a certain amount off but they didn't have what I was looking for. I'm looking for a teal flannel and I'm going to need about 8 yd. I realize Michael's took over the Joanne fabrics but when I went there they didn't have anybody that knew anything about material. At least hobby lobby has somebody of some knowledge about different materials and what you use them for and it seems to me they have good bargains going on.

We just browsed around looked at everything figuring ideas for crafts for later bought a couple signs super cute very nice prices very clean store wasn't super crowded

What can you not find at Hobby Lobby?! My go to store for any arts, crafts or decorations items! Love Hobby Lobby! Just so happy one made it to Sandusky! Friendly employees and helpful!

I have been a loyal customer at Hobby Lobby for years, but this is the first time I have ever experienced discrimination because of the color of my skin. I was followed and harassed in the store simply for being Black. This experience has left me feeling violated, humiliated, and deeply disappointed. I will be contacting corporate to address this matter and get to the bottom of it. Sadly, after this treatment, I will not be returning.
