“I haven't been shopping recently. However, my husband was there last week. In the past 10+ years, I've utilized the VET services for 3 of our dogs. I've purchased numerous (read LOTS) of items there. The store is always clean and tidy. The Staff has always friendly been friendly and helpful. I've never experienced a problem. In fact, I became ill while shopping and they called my husband. One of the Staff stayed with me until he arrived. I consider them one of my "go to" stores.”

“We purchased vinyl flooring from Home Depot in Sandusky. My husband Rick (who has supervised large maintenance crews as facilities Director) spent hours researching the best product with the best warranty and picked Lifeproof Vinyl. The installation company used by Home Depot is called LowKey Installation and Danny was the installer. Boy, does this young man know his business. He did a beautiful job. He was very experienced, pleasant, clean made wonderful recommendations and was very thorough and fast. While the flooring was expensive we definitely felt that we got excellent value for our money.”
“There were only three lanes open, which resulted in a busy environment and longer wait times. It might be helpful to increase the number of open lanes during peak hours to improve the overall experience.”
“I had a big project landscaping a friend's yard. His house is a second home, so he's not in town all the time. I made arrangements with Assistant Manager Amanda W. to setup so he could call in for my purchases & securely pay over the phone. I also purchased a Kolbalt weed Wacker. The battery stopped charging. I called in & she said no problem & had one waiting in customer service. Thank you for great customer service.”
