“this past weekend I went to the claires in crocker park to get my ear pierced. brooke helped us and she was the sweetest and most kind person, she really cared and you could tell she is passionate about her job. I have never had a better interaction with a worker, she made me feel very comfortable and she knew what she was doing. a little girl was in front of me and she was just as kind to her as me, she was so joyful to every costumer she helped with. she explained everything i need to do with my earrings so they don’t get infection in a way i understand rather than just giving me the paper and solution. brooke was very patient when i was choosing my earrings and she helped me!”
