“Went to see the jewelers today to have a ring removed. I thought they’d have to cut it off but they didn’t and they got it removed. It was starting to cut my circulation off slightly. I had tried everything and in a panic went to them soon at they opened. They took time removing it as they was still setting up to open. I was so happy we didn’t have to cut the ring! They are the best always a pleasure working with these guys. A huge thank you to them!!”

“The associates that assisted us with the purchase of my engagement & wedding bands have been nothing short of amazing. Andrea and Kennedy are fantastic at their jobs and wonderful to work with. They were very attentive to my tastes while also helping us find a set within our budget without being pushy (I've worked in customer service for well over a decade, so I especially appreciated their professionalism in that regard!) My wedding band had some stones come out shortly after our purchase, and when I stopped in to inquire about getting it repaired, we ran into a technical hiccup where my wedding band was not showing up in our account despite having purchased it. Andrea was on top of the issue from day one and has kept us in the loop every step of the way, going above and beyond to not only to get my ring fixed but to ensure we would not have any problems in the future. My partner and I don't go out of our way to buy jewerly, but going forward we will be sure to keep coming back for any future purchases!”

“Nice little boutique in downtown Sandusky. Their prices were a little high, but they did have a nice selection of clothing and jewelry to choose from, so I would go back again! The people working there were very friendly and helpful!”

“this past weekend I went to the claires in crocker park to get my ear pierced. brooke helped us and she was the sweetest and most kind person, she really cared and you could tell she is passionate about her job. I have never had a better interaction with a worker, she made me feel very comfortable and she knew what she was doing. a little girl was in front of me and she was just as kind to her as me, she was so joyful to every costumer she helped with. she explained everything i need to do with my earrings so they don’t get infection in a way i understand rather than just giving me the paper and solution. brooke was very patient when i was choosing my earrings and she helped me!”
