If I could give this store a Zero, I would. I called in and was treated very disrespectfully, twice! The first time I was completely cut off without even getting my question asked. She talked over me, telling me how busy she was, and proceeded to hang up on me. I hadn't even told her why I was calling! When I called back, I was given an excuse the management was "in a meeting". I asked why she hung up on me and didn't let me speak, and told her how disrespectful that was. She then started talking to me like a was a toddler...very slowly speaking, like I couldn't understand what she was saying. I have NEVER been treated that way by "Customer Service" and was shocked. I was actually told to call this store by another store that I was physically at, to see if they could hold an item that only had one left, so I didn't make the 45 minute drive for nothing. This woman should NOT be answering the phone, especially when someone wants to visit your store!

Shopped in Kohl's today an could tell Kohl's has improved on appearance of over all store all the way to the way their clearance in each department was neat,an racks wasn't over full. Found what I needed quick and grabbed shirt along the way because,of great price with extra 25 percent off today. Connie was helpful on department locations and Meena checked me out efficiently. Shopping at Kohl's today was quick an easy, just like I like it.

Not a fan of their new checkout. All sales reps were talking and not helping customers. Asked for help and felt like we interrupted a parry. Heard multiple people in the store complaining about lack of customer service.

Went there looking for a suit after not finding one at another Kohls and yet had the same problem if NOBODY anywhere to be found for help!!

Stopped in today to buy a rug. Went to the register, the cashier was checking out the man in front of me and offered him a 35% discount if he used his Kohls card. When I was checking out. I asked if there were any discounts if I used my Kohls card and she said no. So I questioned how she offered the man in front of me the 35% off and not me. Her response was “there isn’t any discounts but you can put your number in for your rewards!” I quickly replied “that’s some discrimination there!” I paid for my rug and walked out more so that I could have her ushered to report to the manager and when I call corporate! Spoke to Tyler, manager, he was apologetic, said he’d talk to his employees, but never asked who it was! I quickly let him know his cashier is very selective with her discount offers and thats discrimination! I’m still calling corporate so it can be reported higher up as no one should be discriminatory anywhere, anytime! I also closed my Kohls card, if they’re going to serve that kind of customer service, I’ll take my shopping elsewhere!

Always a good experience. Store is well kept and clean. Would be helpful if they would move the Amazon return area to the front of the store.
