If I could no star I would. Rude employees with attitudes that like to hang up on you when youre trying to reach a manager. Never enough staff. Always waiting in line for 20+ mins. For a Store that is newer it's always leaking from the ceiling and smells like mold in the frozen section. Also system is messed up. How is one item covered under wic but you scan the same item (in the same transaction) not be covered? I get the same baby food each time (same brand same items) and half of them this month wasn't covered. They told me that it's a wic problem. No that's yalls system problem.
I will never go back to a kroger.

This was my first time shopping for Bourbon at Kroger Sandusky! I was shopping for OHLQ allocated bourbon today, and had the absolute pleasure of meeting Kenny in the liquor department. Kenny was the sweetest, kindest employee I have ever encountered at a store. He was organized, calm, efficient and this was at a very stressful and high customer flux time. I was feeling overwhelmed and Kenny, was calm and relaxed and gracious to help me learn the process and quickly check out. Kenny deserves employee of the month! Kenny made my day! I will now shop here first, for all of my beverages and family party needs! Thank you Kenny!!!!

This is by far the worst place to go grocery shopping. Besides the extremely long lines and the very unprofessional staff. I have been yelled at by managers for asking to open an extra line to help the elderly out.
I stopped shopping here all together just based off my last visit. I had 1 item and it took my 25 minutes to check out. I will drive 35minutes to go get groceries from out of town.
Plus the floors are sticky and it now looks like a scene of the walking dead or a Canadian Hospital with blood everywhere.

I have been coming to this Krogers since Oct ‘23.
I have encountered this older caucasian man (cashier) in the liquor store numerous times.
He has checked my ID numerous times. I just don’t understand why he has to physically touch my ID after it scanned (well beyond age 21). I turned my ID around so he can see the picture my birth date and everything.. No need to physically man handle my property!!
Now you might ask why is this such a problem well, the gentleman that was in front of me he only scanned his ID he didn’t pick it up he didn’t examine it. It is still virus season, I don’t know where this man’s hands have been.
Couldn’t get in contact with a manger to speak on the issue but if you gonna do something to one person do it to all people!!
Like I am tired of the discrimination, if you just got ‘re-trained’ APPLY THAT TO EVERYONE!!

Clean well stocked store. Helpful staff. Cashier ran a Kroger's card for us so we could get the discount.
