I had a big project landscaping a friend's yard. His house is a second home, so he's not in town all the time. I made arrangements with Assistant Manager Amanda W. to setup so he could call in for my purchases & securely pay over the phone. I also purchased a Kolbalt weed Wacker. The battery stopped charging. I called in & she said no problem & had one waiting in customer service. Thank you for great customer service.

Back in the day I would have never went to Lowe's but it seems like my daughter and ex-wife love it. As for me it's like any of the other stores including the fact that they can't find any good help that know anything about the product that they're selling or can even find stuff in their own store now that's not all the people there are some very knowledgeable people there that are very helpful and I do understand why this is going on it's been happening since covid with every store that you visit. Lowe's you're just experiencing the worth ethics of the world today and it's not your fault it's hard to find good people! But my daughter was able to find what she needed so far with a Little help from her dad and a few good people at the store ?. Don't feel bad Lowe's I don't use home Depot either I'm a Menards guy through and through, mainly because I worked there 3 and 1/2 years and believe me they're having the same problem as far as help goes. Like I said everybody's experiencing that problem from the box stores all the way through the supermarkets and on and on. I can't tell you one thing Lowe's if you find somebody really good treat them good as well loyalty isn't what it used to be that's for sure.

My wife loves Lowes, but I'm a value shopper and like to checkout all the local places. We had a frustrating situation from a few months back. The manager, Amanda, went out of her way to rectify the issue as much as she could (system limitations), while sharing her plan to make sure it doesn't happen in the future for others. Thank you!!

My wife was in the garden department today (May 31, 2024) and she was so impressed by how organized and beautiful it was. She has been there many times over the years, but today she just couldn't say enough about it. The plants/flowers all looked healthy and well taken care of, every section was filled with no empty areas, nothing was out of place. Every plant was in it's prime. She said it almost looked like someone had a ruler, and placed everything in perfect rows. She said it looked like a film crew was going to come in and film a commercial. Kudos to whoever was responsible for such a pristine job!

Love that they have veteran parking! Friendly staff but not necessarily knowledgeable so do your research! Prefer their products over home depot and I've have gar better experiences than with home depot

Purchased a Midea Washing machine from the Sandusky store in 2021. Recently a pump has gone bad so i reached out to the store to see if it was still under warranty. After about an hour of being transferred back and forth between employees who clearly did not care to help at all, i said screw it and called the corporate office for some help. There i actually was able to explain the very basic situation and told them i understand the warranty is expired, and i would just like to find someone to repair it. They informed me nobody does repairs on Midea washing machines around our area because its from China and nobody knows how. So essentially Lowes sold me a product that cannot be repaired and then tried to upsell me a warranty that they never had any intention of honoring, considering nobody can repair it. Overall just absolutely horrible communication and Lowes should take Midea products out of their store. I will not be purchasing anything else from Lowes in Sandusky under any circumstance

We have spent the last 2 years remodeling our home and updating our outdoor space… we have made countless trips to Lowe’s and the best one yet was today thanks to Kelly. My 2 year old and I stopped in on a whim because she wanted to look at the flowers. We picked out two perennials and were making a lap through the rest of the lawn and garden area before checking out but my curious toddler kept making side trips up and down aisles. Kelly stopped and asked her if she would like to plant a flower and proceeded to help her pick a flower and pot and showed her how to do it. She was so kind and patient with my daughter! Awesome employees like this make us want to continue returning!

Do not have Lowe's install anything for you. I ordered a garage door on January 13th of 2024. It is March 22, no garage door. I guess that's what happens when you pay up front.
