I bought a used 2013 F150 with 50,000 miles a few months back. The salesman told me the truck had a complete brake job, lying directly to my face. After a few weeks of owning the truck, I began to hear excessive noise coming from the rear brakes. I removed the wheels to find out none of the emergency brake hardware or emergency brake pads had been touched. I posted a review on Google and the salesman called me wanting to argue about how emergency brakes aren't included in a brake job. Shadiest car dealer in town. Stay as far away as possible

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Took 3 weeks to get simple fix done on our truck. 5 DIFFERENT promise for pick up time & every time it was time to pick up,we got a call that they had to do something else. When we finally picked it up,it ended up being 2 THOUSAND dollars more than they quoted us!!! Never again! STRONGLY suggest anyone considering coming here ... DON'T! save hassle & $ by finding somewhere else!

It's ashame that all I needed done was a recall on my Escape's door latches. When picking it up I found my sensors on outside door handle no longer worked nor did the numeric key pad. Took it back next morning. After 50 min of waiting I approached the desk. Tech wanted to keep my car because he couldn't figure it out. I couldn't stay. I had an appt. wasn't offered shuttle or rental. I decided to call service mgr end of day. He had me come in for rental car. Seemed to want to put up front that he cared. I was called following Monday to say it was ready. It sat in garage all weekend because of being closed. I picked it up to now find the auto program buttons for seats and mirrors were not working. Took it back and was given rental yet again. Called me next day to say it was fixed. Once again no go. Unlock and lock buttons on inside of drivers door not working. I dropped it off yet again. It was 5:20 and only person there was gray haired older man who works at desk. He was very rude to me like I was the problem. Got rental yet again. Next day I drove by and found my car sitting in lot. I went in and supposedly service mgr was going to be calling me to say it was ready. Told him I wanted mechanic to come out and test EVERYTHING in front of me. Old guy once again very rude with me. He's like I'll just come out. This dealer doesn't care about customers at all. Customer service mgr never came out to reassure my car was fixed. I will be sure to let others know to stay away from this place!

They are willing to sell you anything, even when they know it's not safe! Took my mom for 10k, after selling her a truck that was completely rusted out underneath, it was January in Ohio and they knew at her age she wouldn't crawl under it to look! They refused to even look at the truck and told us, it was our fault!

Had a voucher for a gift card when I took a test drive. Didn't have the car I wanted to drive (2015-16 Mustang, 2.3 or 3.7 in standard, new) but Jason Poirier helped us out, and took the time to give us great service. Very happy, and would recommend!
