It's becoming a constant, that this store has employees half-assing the job. The other day I went for plumbing supplies and had a question had employees literally walk off from me when I tried to tell the service desk they kind of rolled their eyes about it and said sorry totem that's okay I'll go to home Depot. Today thought I'd try again went in for two simple swings for a swing set that happened to light up and they sold me one that had been returned to the store broken. I tried to call customer service and was hung up on no less than three separate times.

There were only three lanes open, which resulted in a busy environment and longer wait times. It might be helpful to increase the number of open lanes during peak hours to improve the overall experience.

Charged twice for a toolbox for $236. Husband called, they said he had to come in. He drove up there only to be told by the GM “I see you have two charges on your bank statement and your receipt shows only one toolbox bought. However, there’s nothing I can do since our end shows only one charge.” Well, I’m not sure how a business can have physical evidence that they charged someone twice for something and not give their money back.
