The framing department here is GREAT! Frances saved my bacon on a project I started way too late that involved an odd sized photo. She scouted out a perfect frame, then helped pick a custom mat so it looked AMAZING in the end! (Good to know they have some bargain mats and frames in a corner. Didn't use today, but will in future.) I am now convinced Michael's is totally on par with a "custom" frame shop. They do custom and with great taste and suggestions! Thanks again, Frances! :)

random lady yelled at my friend and I where the bathroom was like we worked there, then the lady at checkout told her time and gave us weird looks, just a bad experience in general..
