I went there after being told I had to replace all four of my tires on my Jeep Renegade when I only had one tire with nails in it. They were very professional and quick! I handed them my keys and not even 30 minutes later, I was in the middle of eating Wendy’s when I got the phone call that it was done. Amazing work and very quick once more!

would give zero if possible. Made an online appointment for a sunday, only to drive 40 minutes and see a sign on the door saying temporarily closed on sundays, due to short staff. Come back later that week to get my tires rotated, said they can’t because my lug nuts are swollen they can’t get them off, to order some on amazon and come back. Made an online appointment for tonight at 5, i arrive my hands are full baby carrier in one hand box of lug nuts in the other the guy at the counter watched me struggle to open the door. i get to the counter the phone rings he answered the phone instead of helping me. I tell him the situation it’s my 3rd time trying to get my tires rotated. He said he can’t help me because they close at 5, it’s 4:32. He said the issue is i made an online appointment. If they are that badly short staffed, the online appointment option needs to be taken down. I told him i guess i will try again tomorrow.

I recently visited Mr. Tire to have my belt replaced, and the experience was extremely disappointing. After the service, I discovered the packaging for the new belt left under the hood of my car—something no professional shop should overlook.
Shortly after, I was told my alternator also needed to be fixed, so I agreed to have them repair it as well. When I left, my warning light came on immediately. I called the shop, and they told me to come back the next day. After checking it again, they claimed nothing was wrong. However, when I got home and looked myself, I discovered they never even plugged the alternator into the connector it requires to function properly.
This was not only careless but also dangerous—especially since we have an infant who rides in this car. To make matters worse, the mechanic appeared to be sleeping on the job and was rude when I asked questions.
Overall, my experience was unacceptable and unprofessional. I strongly recommend not going to this location if you value safety, quality, and basic respect as a customer.

Through AAA, my car was carefully towed to Mr. Tire for a replacement tire as my front left tire was sitting on the rim on the road. Sam from Lucky Towing carefully unloaded my car and the associates at Mr. Tire went straight to work installing a brand new tire. Didn’t even get to watch a full quarter of the game and my car was brought out front. What could have been a totally terrible Saturday turned into only a minor inconvenient Saturday thanks to the professionals at Mr. Tire.

Low pressure and professional service. My only criticism would be to spend a little more time searching for the best deal for customer on tires.... had a quote from another Mr. Tire that was booked up... so tried Sandusky.
They gave me a price on some tires for my ride that were more expensive than I wanted. I asked the clerk about the set the other store recommended and he found them. He told me to get the tires the other store recommends, as they were cheaper and better quality.... to me that wasn't something I should have had to ask on. But think it was geniune, as the employee seemed surprised by the price.
Other than that, the shop was clean, ran efficiently and professionally, on time and as promised.
The tech was on it and careful not to force my alignment any further due to a frozen nut (which I knew about). Still took the time to get everything back into specs!
Price for tires was very competitive with others but they are a full service shop including alignment, so I gave them a shot. Can't complain and glad I did!

Customer services were wonderful. Replaced TPMS in under 20 minutes. The “technician” even paused his lunchtime to get my car fixed up. This is the second time I’ve had to get their services AND they are GREAT ‼️

Mr. Tire ordered tires for my Explorer and they were in by the next day and had all 4 changed and ready to go within one hour of my arrival!!! Won't hesitate to use them in the future!

They were amazing helping us out with our blown tire while we were on vacation and not expecting this misfortune. They helped us replace with our spare after making sure our spare was highway worthy. We were back in the road quickly and on our way back home.

Awful experience.
Called before I came in about getting new tires, and they told me a total different price when I got to the shop.
I had a donut spare that I needed to get changed out. The worker told me he didn’t have my tire size in shop, so he would have to go get it from another place. An hour went by, all he was doing was sitting down and playing on his phone. Note, I was the only customer there
He obviously didn’t care about my situation at all.
I decided to leave and all he said was “Sorry it didn’t work out”.
This place does not care about their customers.

Amazing everybody here is always so kind. They take the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything thoroughly. I’ve never been surprised with any fees or payments. You know exactly how much you’re going to pay before they do Anything! Thank you all for being great

Great service, needed brakes checked out in an emergency while staying at Great Wolf. Worked out, reasonably priced!!!
