I needed a storage unit quickly and the process with ohio self storage was quick and easy. Zach was extra terrific helping me with excellent service and always was sure that I gained access as well as he went over and beyond my expectations and experience..I definitely would recommend ohio self storage units to anyone..the price and size of the unit was adequate to my own situation and needs..call them first before calling anyone else..I think you will be very satisfied like myself..very polite and professional individual

Staff is pleasant and great to work with. Had Unit for 1 year with no problems. Price is affordable for size of unit. Will use them again if needing a storage unit in future.

Very happy with my rental experience! The owner Zach was very quick to respond to my questions. I contacted him on a Friday evening and we did some back and forth questions then he sent me the application. The whole process was done from my phone and completed within an hour or so including questions. The locker was clean and property is well taken care of. Highly recommend if looking for storage in the area!

Got a storage at this unit in Sandusky, Zach was super nice and very helpful, I was not sure what size I needed so he sent me examples of what the sizes of the unit was, and also a video of how to do everything, I was very thankful because not a lot of people go out there way to help, I highly recommend!!

Was at my breaking point for storage of all my party supplies. I called Zach and within 1 hour I had access to a storage and transferring my items. Zach made sure I was in the front so that access to my storage would be better all year long. Thanks Zach, you have helped me make my life a little better.

I can not say enough good things about this company and Zach. I was bringing a U-Haul back to town and was 2.5 hours away when I realized that I needed a storage unit. I called a few businesses that I googled and no answer. I was starting to panic when I found the number for Ohio Self Storage on Hayes Avenue.
I gave them a call and Zach was very attentive, answered all my questions and walked me through the process of renting a unit. The whole process took less than 20 minutes! Zach even sent me a video on how to operate the door since it can be tricky! Since that day Zach has reached out a few times to make sure everything is going well and see if I had any questions. Great company with great customer service!! I would recommend this place 1000%. Thank you Zach for being awesome at your job

Zach was responsive, always available and very accommodating during our move in (2 units). Where as other storage facilities did not allow POD’s on their properties, even temporarily for offloading, Zach at Ohio Self Storage assisted by finding the closest units to where our Pods were positioned allowing for easier transfer. Facilities are easy access, clean.
