  I've used penske three times with no issues. I needed a rental so I called and got pricing. I thought it was high so I called on another number and got a completely different price. I understand they're sales people trying to make money. What I didn't appreciate was the run around. Customer service is not what it use to be. That seems to be the new normal. I used uhaul and to be fair it still wasn't perfect but it was over $200 cheaper.

  Diane was able to help my mother out tremendously. We were running late and they held the truck until we got there. Also made sure all fuel was topped off and that we were comfortable before we even left the lot. I will not go anywhere else! Good respectful businesses are hard to find...don't pass these guys up!!!
