“Had a snafu with a lost package today, the gentleman helping me (short brown hair, short beard, long time employee) went above and beyond searching the building for my medical supplies. After~20m he'd searched everywhere but still couldn't find it. No problem, things happen. About an hour later it was found and I got a text letting me know. A10 service.
