I was in the area to visit Cedar Point and let me tell you what a horrible car wash this was. It barely rinsed my car off and the dryer sucked. I had to get out and dry my entire car.Also, the roller at the top didn’t even come down to clean the windshield . For the price it’s not worth it. Don’t waste your money at this place.

Warning: do not use this dog wash unless you love to be ripped off in which case it would be awesome. Charged my card five dollars -nothing happened. No water, no soap. Turned the dial - nothing. Hit the red button as a last resort -got the message. “Thank you for coming. You have been charged five dollars. “ Ran the card again (because I really needed the wash) and water began coming out at a mere trickle. There wasn’t even enough pressure to rinse my dog. I had to go out to my car and get a gallon of water that I had purchased at Kroger to rinse him off. The worst ever. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS DOG WASH. Maybe the car wash is better

The large roller that would go over the hood of your car to your roof was not working at the time. We went today, August 31st. I'm going to say between 11:30 and 12:30. They are usually a really good place to get clean. They have several options for you to choose from. I usually get the $18 one and I'm very satisfied. This is the first time in years that I was not satisfied.

$6 to $12 dollars just to wash. Picked cold on wash setting was not cold. Picked low heat on dryer and it was high heat. Ruined all the tee shirts. Trash and broke machines with rude workers.

CLEAN, FRESH AND NEW. Nothing like walking into a Laundromat with dirty clothes and feeling like the place was dirtier than what you are washing. That is NOT like that. It smells fresh, it's bright, super clean and tidy. Young lady mopping clean floors as we entered. No machines out of order. Ample seating at tables or individual areas. All carts with working wheels. Electrolux machines. No one wants to use a laundromat but when camping, it's quicker than campground laundry rooms so you don't have to worry about finding an open or operable machine.

Very, very clean . The machines are new and the wash cycles don't take a lot of time. Never seen an out of order sign anywhere at anytime. Like the fact of numerous hot food places located nearby. It's quiet and the staff are really, really nice and quiet helpful . The only suggestion I would have, are ramps with a huge awning across the front to make customers drier due to inclement weather ( we're in Ohio).

The machines are all fairly new and I never see one down for maintenance for very long.
The staff are friendly and I always see them cleaning at some point during one of my regular visits. I love that they have a car wash next door. It's super convenient to run my car through while waiting on my laundry to finish.
