Sandusky Paint Co. has very helpful, knowledgeable, and wonderful staff who are willing to share their knowledge. Customers report successful color matching. However, there are serious issues with shipping to the wrong address, leading to significant delays and frustration. Management communication regarding these problems can be poor, with promises to follow up not always kept. These errors have left some customers unable to finish projects on time and vowing never to deal with the company again, despite eventually receiving their orders. The products themselves come highly recommended.
