“I would rate my experience with Ohio Self Storage as a 5 star experience. Zach is friendly and very thoughtful! He made the process very easy to manage! We were very happy to be able to see and enter our unit within minutes of sending him the few bits of information he required. Overall, everything about my experience with Ohio Self Storage has been wonderful!”

“Awesome storage facility, competitive pricing, the units here go pretty quickly. the most sought-after are usually the largest units, so if you're looking for a large unit make sure you call ahead before you decide to even go there. Great customer service, controlled entry.”

“Super clean. Got our unit half way into the month and Steve was very accommodating in making sure that all our needs were met. He is also one of the only people that actually answered or returned a call when we were initially calling around about storage unit rental.”

“Huge store and massive selection of trucks, vans, and trailers. They also have storage units available for great prices and 24 hours surveillance for customer protection. This U-Haul provides U Boxes, rentable personal indoor shed-type storage units. These are located in a heated indoor area, and can be moved by the customer or with U-Haul's assistance. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well. The GM in particular knows the business inside and out, and he's one of the most understanding and helpful managers I've ever come across. He upholds the high standard U-Haul has for their products, ensures staff are efficient and meeting customer needs, as well as using his position to ensure customers get the best experience and assistance possible. 10/10!!”
