Terrible experience and will never shop at this branch. I am a top account holder with sherwin and spend thousands with them per year. I needed the SMALL rubber piece at the end of the gasket forn a paint sprayer and they wouldnt just give me one. There is almost always extras in a tool chest near their paint sprayers to show hardware or replace if one goes bad for customers. Every Sherwin Williams building I've been into has this same chest.
I am extremely displeased they tried to make me spend 69 dollars for a full replacement nosel that contains the tiny rubber piece I need when I know they have extras.
I have been given a replacement gasket in the past from the branch in Elyria with no issue. I have had nothing pleasant experiences in the lorain and elyria branches and can say this branch is definitely going to be avoided from here on out from this.
It's extremely inconvenient and annoying to have to leave and come back places or send my guys places. my time is worth way more than the 60 whatever dollars but the principle here has rubbed me the wrong way

The Sandusky Sherwin-Williams is one of my favorite places to visit. I get fast friendly knowledgeable help. They have everything I need most of the time. The one time they were out this past year of shortages, I was told of another store where they had heard had just gotten a shipment of that product in. To be that confident of your place of employment that you recommend a customer go to a competitor for a product that you are out of says a lot. I'm very happy at Sherwin-Williams.

Their store hours are very reasonable. They matched my paint perfectly & even mentioned that my paint would go on sale the next day! I waited the 1 day & received it @ a reduced rate!When the new paint was used on my walls, you cannot tell where the new paint met the old paint. It blended in perfectly!
