Cindy has been nothing short of a joy to work with.She actively looked for ways to save me money and basically i only had to pay a lockout fee due to losing my keys.The facility itself.. Well it could be better. a few items got dusty but this isnt climate controlled and i practically got the unit for free because i was in and out within a month. (None of my items were damaged). Just be aware it is not easy to reach a facility or sroa employee outside of hours

Cindy at the office is great! I was in a hurry to get my stuff out of the horrible all American storage down the road by Kalahari and she made that happen.
