We went to this store to transfer our 5 lines from Verizon to T-Mobile. We got there an HOUR and 10 minutes before they closed. First, they didn't even greet us as we walked in, just sat in their chairs. When I reminded Given that I had been in earlier to prep them for what we wanted to do, he looked at another employee and said "we don't have time to transfer 5 lines, do we?". She replied they didn't. At that point, I just said I'm done. I am not begging someone to take my money. I'll find somewhere else.I don't get how one wouldn't want happy customers, and may have to work a little over. But, I guess we're in a different world these days.

I went into the store today to activate my new phone and the environment and customer service was absolutely amazing. I ordered my phone online and had difficulty setting my new phone up myself, so I took it to the store for help. Given was the employee taking care of me, greeting me as soon as I walked in the door, willing to help the entire time. He made me feel so welcome and helped me every step of the way. He even put on my new screen protector (flawlessly) which is hard to do, and something I'm sure he didn't "have" to do. I've been a T-Mobile customer for years now, and this is one of the reasons why! I hope Given sees this, along with his managers. Thanks again!

My fiancé and I were extremely happy with our experience at T-Mobile!! Riley was AMAZING!! He helped us find the right fit for our family with service plans and phones. The transition was fast and he explained everything thoroughly. Never once did we feel pressure to purchase anything, which made us feel even more confident in switching our carrier. I highly recommend Riley and the Sandusky T-Mobile store!!

I've never had issues at the store, but T-mobile as a company I believe has grown to large for their network. When you call for help they blame everything else but their equipment. I'd advise people to look elsewhere.

Where to begin. I have been with Sprint and T-Mobile for 9 years. I am separated from my wife and tried to split my account so that my girlfriend and myself could get our own account. The assistant manager completely messed up the lines and put both our phones on my wifes account. I had to contact T-Mobile and took me an hour to get it straightened out. The T-Mobile representative was amazed at how poorly the assistant manager had done his job and recommended I not go back.l to that location. Unfortunately I had to return the phonr. I went it to return the phone that had never been used the next day and the assistant manager (who had been there 7 years) said he had done nothing wrong and everything was fine. It was not and his total incompetence caused me to do his job for him. They then tried to charge me a restocking fee for his mistake and I refused. The next part is insane so bare with me. He cussed at me to get out of his store ( not HIS store). Words were exchange and he said he was going to call the police. I told him to call them because they need to return my phone. He slinked back to the back leaving his other employees out front to deal with it. I picked up my phone and left because I was literally leaving for my vacation after I left the store. The assistant manager then lied to the police and made a false report stating that I threatened him. He then gave out my personal information so the police could contact me. Just insane encounter that has never happened to me. There aren't low enough scores for this store. As a side note, there was a man that left cussing as I was trying to return my phone. This man was also dealing with the 7 year employee that had reached the elite status of assistant manager.

Want to make people use their bank account or their debit cards When a credit card was working just fine so watch out because I'm sure that if they do that by your information somebody else is going to get it

Sandusky store is the biggest rip-off store TMobile period had the phone for a week turned it in left store with o.oo balance and have gotten 3 different account balances and a bill for 888.oo dollars they have went to three different people trying to get money I don't owe when u disagree with them they call the police

I switched to T-mobile from Verizon and the process was simple and fast. I got a new iPhone 14 pro for free just for switching and my bill is less than my Verizon bill. I’ve never been more satisfied leaving a store in my life. Thank you Tyler for all your help!

Switched to TMobile with trade in back in September and was told that the monthly would be $140. Despite going into the store my trade in was messed up so I'm paying full price on 2 phones and never got the home internet discount applied to the plan. Now I'm stuck paying $250 for 2 phone lines despite going in to speak with the manager, Zach, multiple times. I was told twice it was all sorted out but the bill for December is still $250. Would not recommend. Ordering online would probably help you get all the discounts you're entitled to but the store can't/won't fix.

The staff in the Sandusky store was great. Unfortunately I didn't get the young lady's name who took care us, but she did a great job! The fellas in there very helpful. Have recommended them to several others.

I lost my husband on July 26th 2022 and needed to take over his account as we were both on it. I called 611 from my device numerous times with no satisfaction. I was promised a callback 3 times and never got the call. With death certificate in tow, I made my way to the Sandusky retail location under instructions from Daniel. Daniel was kind, patient and knowledgeable. After a few brief minutes of watching him multitask and help others while still on the phone about my issue, he informed me that I would indeed be getting my issue resolved on Friday. Turns out the department called me on Thursday afternoon and removed my husband’s unused line. Daniel thank you so very much for providing accurate information and getting the job done. I really appreciate you. This review is coming from one who has been in the customer service/sales field for 25 plus years. Great job! You are an asset to your company.

Guy with black glasses and a black beard is the biggest j*** i’ve ever met, he must hate his life, he was so rude i left within 45 seconds and drove 11 mins to a different store. Dude really must’ve hated his life.
