The entrance is a paved road between houses leading to a warehouse in the back. The driveway does not look like a truck entrance, but signage leads to the guard shack. Security at the guard shack is awesome, very professional, friendly, and explains procedures well. The area is small, with cars parked in the middle and stacked materials to weave around. There are 4 docks. For loading, stay to the left of the scale by the guard shack. The business itself provides a good experience. Staff at the dock are fast and friendly. Road construction on Perkins road has been a nightmare, but the wacky detour is available. Arriving early, the business let one reviewer stay on property.

Small area & in a residential neighborhood, so be mindful when entering the street. Only did a drop and hook, so it was pretty quick.
