Transmission Repair in Sandusky, OH

“Our family broke down while on vacation, and I honestly don’t know what we would have done without Calvin at Hiser’s Transmission. From the moment we came in, he went above and beyond to help us. He spent the entire day making sure our vehicle was repaired correctly so we could get back on the road as quickly as possible.

What amazed me most was how much he genuinely cared. He even arranged for a friend to drive us into Sandusky so we wouldn’t be stranded while he worked on the car. He stayed open after hours to finish the repair, all so we could continue our vacation the very next day instead of losing even more time.

The repair has held up perfectly, and thanks to Calvin’s expertise and dedication, he saved us an incredible amount of time, stress, and money. It’s rare to find someone who takes this much pride in their work and treats complete strangers with such kindness and compassion.

People like Calvin are hard to find these days. If you need transmission work or honest, dependable automotive service, I cannot recommend Hiser’s Transmission highly enough. Excellent workmanship, exceptional customer service, and a level of care that truly sets them apart. Thank you, Calvin, for turning a stressful vacation breakdown into an experience we’ll always remember with gratitude.”
