Lexi did an amazing job on my hair!!! I wanted blonde highlights and she DELIVERED! When I showed my mom my hair, she said I looked like Jennifer Aniston 😂 Lexi also suggested I should get a keratin treatment to help with my frizz, which has helped a lot. My hair is just so smooth and looks utterly amazing. Lexi is a girls girl and you will not be disappointed if she does your hair! 🤩💖

I was shipped a dirty expired foundation from this store. I live in a near by state and placed an online order and instead of shipping me a foundation from a warehouse it was shipped from this stores inventory and the box had foundation stains all over it and the foundation was seperated and different colors and i checked the batch code online it was 4 years old. Dusty crusty old foundation packed by this stores crusty employees now i have to wait for a new foundation to come in the mail and i hope it wont be from here.

I stopped in to purchase a lip gloss. It's out of stock so the cashier orders it for me.It arrives a few days later and it's the wrong color. No big deal I'm in Sandusky often.
I take it to the store to return it and the cashier says she can return it and order me the right color. Today it's $5.00 more and she can match the orginal price because I ordered the wrong color. I didn't order it the store cashier did. She said you can bring the new lipgloss back when it arrives and they will match the price.
This makes no sense. Then she's upset when I don't purchase it. Really?
Customer service is everything!

Raven provided me with exceptional service during my curl cut appointment. Her down-to-earth nature, sense of humor, and easy-going personality made the experience enjoyable. Moreover, her knowledge and expertise in hairstyling were evident. The layers and length of my hair are now precisely what I wanted, and the face frame is flattering. I have to say I love my hair. Angel did such a great job. Got me ready for the new lilo and stitch movie. He is great with color and great with time management, very informative even allowing me to know pricing up front so we can add or subtract anything from the services and also Let me know what to expect for when the color should fade so I can prepare for my next color. He was very kind, and even offered me a mini water bottle💕💕 even tho the other stylists were loud. He kept apologizing to me. Bc I had told him my ears were sensitive to loud noises. He was very professional. Even got my eye brows on point. Can’t wait to go back.
