Never had an issue with the service here, always quick to get through the lines and the kiosk available there has worked well when needed.

I ordered a package that should of been here yesterday, and it was at the Sandusky post office.. so it was in the right city.. then sent it to Huron post office, and has been sitting there for over 24hrs.. no one at either office seems to help.. this is how people get there packages and mail lost.. people not doing there job right and just putting packages where ever they want without looking.. best bet is to either go fedex or ups.. GET PEOPLE WHO CAN DO THE JOB RIGHT.. now if will be over five days late. Someone needs to talk to the postmaster..

80% of the time the machine does not work to get postage for your packages. 60% percent of the packages I have sent out in the past two months did not make it to their destination. The post office is ruining my business. Bad reviews and angry emails lost merchandise because the post office can't do what it is intended to do. Actually got a package returned to me once because of insufficient postage. The package was weighed and postage purchased from the post office and when I took it to the post office the guy said he had no idea why it came back......very, very tired of the post office. And that's before mentioning that my mail box is left open half of the time. So, any one walking down the street can reach in and grab my packages that are squeezed in there even when they say do not bend. But, who wants to steal them after the mail box has been flooded with rain because it was left open. I think a blind man with a gimpy horse could do better. It would definitely have to be cheaper. Nothing like raising prices for failed services.

So isn't the whole point of having the machine that can send packages and print labels is available when the Post Office is closed. Then why is every single one of the flat rate boxes locked up on the other side of the door? Are you really just that lazy you can't stalk on the other side so they're available to people to use. Absolutely disgusted with the level of customer care at this location

Had a snafu with a lost package today, the gentleman helping me (short brown hair, short beard, long time employee) went above and beyond searching the building for my medical supplies. After~20m he'd searched everywhere but still couldn't find it. No problem, things happen. About an hour later it was found and I got a text letting me know. A10 service. Appreciate your help more than you know. Had a Starbucks gift card for you but didn't see you when I came back...next time!! THANK YOU!!

The service here is good. Google maps does need to correct the route guidance since it thinks there are entries on W Parish St, but those are an authorized vehicle only entry and a do not enter (exit). The entry is on caldwell street.

I took six packages into the post office today to have them shipped already addressed labeled and ready to go. The guy that was waiting on me told me because I had to: the person at the top and from: me at the bottom that they were incorrect and he could not ship them every time I go in here they find fault with my packages. I took them to UPS 5 minutes later.... and they shipped them without a problem They ran them through their little computer slapped them a little label on them and shipped them out I don't know what the problem is with Sandusky's process but I don't have this issue anywhere else where they find a reason not to ship my packages. As a business owner I find this unacceptable. Basically He told me because of how I had addressed them that most likely the packages would get returned.... So basically he's saying that his carriers can't read. Unprofessional.

What is the deal w/ the quality of delivery service lately? If Amazon package goes via USPS, then look for it to be delayed or mail in general is not reliable lately. I have mailed and had letters mailed to a PO Box that have never arrived OR it takes 3-4 weeks for local delivery with out of town mail arrives in a more timely manner. Very disappointing and delivery service in general not reliable as of late. Don't blame COVID when most large businesses made it work over the last 14+ months. If can't make it work, then the USPS will not survive.

Try to plan best times to go. Getting there around 4:30 will mean a long line and normally only 2 windows open. At lunch theres usually not a long wait, but still only 2 windows. I think all the post office workers are very friendly and helpful. There are a few regular customers that are very slow and hold up the process, but everyone is very kind and patient. The building itself is very clean, and since the pandemic the workers have begun wearing gloves. Overall, I would say the facility is great for the patient minded

Normally I don't have problems. However, I dropped 3 packages in the bin on December 3 and not one of them was scanned into the system. When I called, I was told that it's not their responsibility, even though that bin is secure. So now, I am out several hundred dollars worth of product and my customers are upset because they aren't going to get the custom orders they paid for.
