Bought an out of the box damaged product. Because it still technically functions, they would not swap it out. Had a receipt and returned the day after the purchase only because I bought it an hour before they closed. I've already been avoiding this business because of their poor selection and less than satisfactory customer experience in the past. It's worth it to me to drive to fremont and get quality products and customer service. Avoid the frustration and wasted money, avoid this place.

Great Customer service and very knowledgeable about their product. Came to this shop after a disappointing experience with a competitor in the area. Price was spot on as it should be compared to the competitor that was double to triple priced for same product. Highly recommend.

Huge selection of vape juice. Customer service was excellent. Bundy who works there was the nicest guy ever. Hooked me up and helped me with WHATEVER problem I had when purchasing a vape.
