UPDATE 02-12-24 - Well, after there “thoughtful” reply with them “escalating” my review, I’ve heard absolutely NOTHING! Crickets. Not a phone call, text, email, Snapchat, FB message, fax, letter, or voicemail. They don’t care and this shows it. Zero integrity.I’m more disappointed in myself for actually thinking they are honest and they operate with some kind of integrity. They don’t at all. We came in to upgrade a phone line and also figure out if we can lower our bill cause we were at a point to we’re we could switch providers. We should have switched providers. They told us the iPhone 13 are free. FREE! Well they are not free, in fact you have to pay for them for 2 months before the credits that Verizon provides you kick in and then your locked in for 36 months contract. NONE of this was told to us. Then they changed our plan to make it less money and the salesperson wrote the prices per line as $27 a line on the back of a paper and my wife thought the math wasn’t adding up correctly and my wife was right. Somehow are bill went up! WENT UP! How does a phone bill go up when the plans are $15 dollars less then the grandfathered plans we were on and they talked us out of?! Again, this was my fault for falling for this act. Oh and we lost our unlimited hotspot since we changed plans thanks to this location. There is even more that I’m not going to talk about and get to the final point. Folks, don’t believe a word that comes out of their mouths! They are wolves in sheep’s clothing. To end this review, to show even more clearly how they don’t care about anyone’s business, I’ll get a generic statement, responding to this review about how they value our business and this isn’t how they intend to do business and they hope we give them another chance. Here is your chance, I want to speak to the manager of this location. Leave your a contact number that isn’t Verizon’s customer service cause you can’t even call the store to try to talk to anyone. Prove me wrong and I would love to update this review saying that they made the situation right. Let’s see what happens.

My husband and I came to this Verizon after the one in our town gave us horrible customer service and cussed out my husband on the phone. This Sandusky store was a HUGE help. Logan and Ed were beyond helpful and patient with us listening to our story and even gave us a discount on our next bill because the other Verizon store messed up. Thank you Logan and Ed! I recommend asking for one of these two when you come to this store. 10/10.

Red head dude with beard and tattoos tried to hustle me i was doing a trade in and he changed my plan before telling me that my trade in wasn't eligible he also couldn't print me a quote i have a trade in offer for 800 something and he's telling me i have to give him 400 not making sense

Terrible customer service. No greeting, no interest in why we were there. "Are you Tyler? You aren't an authorized user on your account." We were there to set up new lines on our own account. We went to Perkins road verizon store and had no issues being helped. Go there.

Waiting 10 minutes in a curbside pickup spot just to be unable to check in in-app, and then to be forced to call customer service instead of being able to call the store is sorely disappointing.If you're going to force people into the store JUST to be able to talk with an associate, maybe you should make that clear. Even the Verizon customer service representative on the phone said she tried calling multiple times to the store and the employees would not pick up the phone. If someone couldn't pick up the phone but be right at the door, greeting me the moment I walk in, there is a problem. I will not be giving this store any chance to make up for this and I will not be returning. I might honestly consider switching carriers.

Literally "couldn't" sell me a new sim for the phone even with her permission, picture id, and her on facetime they couldn't verify it was her. Went to the Verizon by Kroger and they took care of me tho. I did have to pay instead of using insurance as I was at the first place but at least they got it working for my daughter same day. Long story short I love Verizon they are just weird about policies I guess
