Took my car in for a free recall. Victory Honda does the recall and, in the process, tears up a sensor that stops the airbags from deploying. They tell me they will have the part to fix the car in two days. A week later, I call them, and they tell me the part is on backorder. Two weeks later, I call them, and they tell me it's still on back order, but they will call other dealers who have the part to see if they will sell one. They promise to call back the same day. Two weeks later still haven't heard back. I call Honda directly, and they say they will look into getting me the part, but they need the part number. Call victory honda to get the part number...the service department is closed; they will call you first thing tomorrow....their business is now closed no callback.I guess what this block of text is getting at is...take your car to Victory Honda if you enjoy being ghosted after they inevitably make a mistake that leaves you without a safe reliable vehicle for over a month.

This will be the 4th time working with Victory to purchase a vehicle. Been with them since 2004. Gene D. And Braylon Johnson are awesome salesmen Our kid had an accident 4 monthS after buying her first car. The insurance totaled it out. Thanks to Ken. We are ready to get her another, he helped with the paperwork And all the BS getting the Insurance and gap coverage to cover the rest of the loan. You're Aces man, THANK YOU!!!ª!

Yesterday i bought a car from victory. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had!! Alex Chavez was my salesman and let me tell you, he went ABOVE AND BEYOND. I've never seen somebody so kind and excited to do their job. I also worked with Ken, one of the managers. He was very respectful and kind as well. Derrick did my financial paperwork and was very helpful and answered any questions that i had. I would highly recommend buying here! I won't go anywhere else. Thanks Victory!!!!! I love my HRV

Alex was an amazing sales rep! He made this process easy and with the least stress possible. He explains everything thoroughly and makes sure you arent left in the dark. They also made sure to practice social distancing and safe clean practices. I will definitely continue to bring my business here!

Attempted to purchase a car sight on seen (2018 Honda Ridgeline RTL Black -11,000 miles) The vehicle was described as like new to me by the salesperson. We agreed on a price and i placed a hold on the truck. Drove 2 hours from my home to see and purchase the vehicle. When I got there and viewed the truck it had scratches all over it. There body man attempted to buff the scratches out. no luck! The vehicle would need to be repainted. Not what I would call "Like New". When I spoke to the manager about it here was his reply " I would rather sell it to someone else. BEWARE!!!

After the sale the customer is not helped. I bought a used Ford..they don't work on Fords unless its a oil change or tire rotation. They were over priced on a diagonistic. They said one would be $105..went to another garage $35. I will not be returning to their dealership again.

We were driving from Michigan and our check engine light turned on. They were able to fit us in, help us get to where we were staying, and at the end of the day fixed our problem for $600 less than we were quoted at our Honda dealer in Michigan. Bought a car here in 2009 the car has been wonderful The people here are always nice The only complaint I would have is that if you try to follow the maintenance plan suggested you will go broke

Talked me into coming in for a test drive and to get trade in appraised. They offered less than Fair market value which I already knew what it was after promising 120% to get me to come in. And then expected me to pay full MSRP on a 2019 model with 2020 models on the lot already. All in all they are out to rip you off. I would recommend going somewhere that isn't so scandalous.
