The community is actively working on improvements, such as replacing dilapidated trailers and planning tree trimming. Residents feel the community is a good place to live, with management addressing concerns promptly. While some mention concerns about increasing lot rent, overall, many have enjoyed years of living here and value the efforts made to maintain the neighborhood.

Great community filled with really nice people it's a very relaxed comfortable atmosphere and it seems everyone looks out for each other which is hard to find these days

Rachel is the best manager and does any and everything in her power to make sure that the park and office run and look good. They are constantly making improvements where they can, when they can. I would recommend any one to live there.
