“We took my husband’s truck to Neff’s after a not so great experience at another repair shop. He had just had some unexpected medical problems that landed him in the hospital for a week and we were dealing with a dead inspection sticker. We needed tires, oil change, and a tail light assembly. Neff’s had our vehicle in within hours, evaluated it, continuously kept us up to date and worked with us as much as possible on every financial aspect! We had some issues locating a similar tail light assembly because we ended up discovering it was an after market assembly put on by the previous owner. Neff’s went above and beyond to find and order the same assembly to save us money in having to buy a set. You can’t simply find businesses anymore that look out for the best interest of the customers especially when it means less money in their pockets.
