They replaced a transmission for me, and unfortunately the first replacement transmission we ordered and brought in was defective, (which now they no longer allow anyone to bring in parts, and I don’t blame them, but in our defense when the transmission was ordered it said it was tested.) They took the time to wait for another one to come in and got it installed without any hassle. I really appreciate their patience and dedication to making sure the job was done right.
