The woman in the white delivery van often will not deliver packages - even if they fit in the mailbox. I even installed the largest mailbox I could buy in order to save her a trip back to my house. Most recent incident involved someone in the post office falsifying tracking info to show that my packages had been delivered. They let several sit in the post office before notifying me that they were there. Now I have a mess to clear up with Amazon. I'll be filing another complaint, but this time above the local Postmaster since he either can't or won't make the delivery driver do her job.

If you can avoid this post office DEFINITELY do. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! The staff is VERY VERY rude, they never deliver packages on time, and they are the laziest people ever!! I’m going as far as filing a complaint with USPS headquarters. We have had many many late birthday gifts, late online orders (which in turn results in wasting our money because the items were for specific days) late important items, etc. Tracking always says it’s sitting in Chillicothe for days and sometimes even a week. It’s not really in Chillicothe. I’m sure it’s sitting in the back until they decide to scan the package in because it magically gets on the truck and out for delivery in minutes (Chillicothe is over an hour away so this is not possible) The delivery driver refuses to get out of her vehicle even if your dogs are NOT OUT!! We constantly have to go to the post office to get our packages just because she knows we have dogs (even if they aren’t out) She puts dog paw stickers on any mailboxes where there are dogs and uses your dogs as an excuse to not leave your package. Several times she wrote “dogs” on the slip for the reason of not leaving the package and it’s at a time we aren’t even home so the dogs are locked up in the house. Someone needs to do something about this post office ASAP!!!!!!!!

The delivery driver in the white van is very rude. I have had several bad experiences with her and it’s getting ridiculous at this point. All of my neighbors have had the same experiences with her. She makes 0 effort to deliver your mail and looks for every excuse not to. If you move to seaman be ready to drive to the post office weekly to pick up your packages that she is PAID to deliver to your house. I don’t know why she is always in such a bad mood but it is no excuse to treat people so poorly. Also, if you have dogs and they are outside, she will not deliver your package. It doesn’t matter if you are out there with them. It doesn’t matter what breed or size they are. She won’t delivery your packages. She is ridiculous. I have 4 friends that deliver mail for usps and all of them have told me they always deliver regardless if there’s a dog or not. She chooses not to. I hope the postmaster takes the complaints he’s about to receive about her seriously and replaces her. We are all sick of it.

We made an appointment to get our Passport photos and application at the Seaman Ohio Post Office. Upon arrival at our scheduled time of 9:00am, the man working there informed us that he did not have time to help us and we needed to come back in an hour but we didn’t go back and went somewhere else for the Passport service. While there we mailed a package and several days later, we noticed on the receipt that he sent the package to Philadelphia, PA but we had it addressed to Delaware, OH. We then had to file an issue with the US Post Office to hopefully get the package sent to the correct address. The package is a birthday gift that now will arrive late. The service we received was not up to the standards the US Post Office should be striving for.

Really wish i could give this place zero stars. They're always "losing" our packages or never delivering them. Everyone is so rude and so impatient. They need to hire new staff IMMEDIATELY. My 2 year old could do a better job than they could

It’s the little things that make this place special. Thanks for taking the time to figure out where my package was, even though it was your competitors fault it was lost.

The Postmaster is incredibly rude. He has no business being in a 'customer service ' career. I HATE having to use this post office

They don't service my residential mail, but every time I've been in there to mail a package or get stamps they are very nice and professional.

I always get my packages and letters on time, but since I live where they have to drive to deliver mail, there's been multiple times where they'll deliver big packages after it had just rained, and they'll drive up the driveway, deliver the package to our door, and turn around in our grass and leave muddy tire marks in the grass, messing up the lawn even though our driveway is straight through the property connecting to the road at both ends.. EDIT: I've recently received packages containing alcohol while I was not home that had to be signed by someone living in the household, and I was not at home and it was left on my doorstep. I was confused, but I didn't think too much of it. Later on, I checked my shipping information for my orders on the website I ordered it on, and seen that someone named "Evans" signed for it, which no one going by that name lives here; just three adults. I am almost certain that the mail carrier signed for it because they didn't want to bring it back to the post office for me to pick up. That is VERY unprofessional, and they should watch out who they sign for and on what packages. I am not very happy about that.

They never deliver any of my packages on time , or it's just sitting there in their office . Someone recently sent me an early birthday card two weeks ago, and I never received it. I really don't like this post office and looking to make a formal complaint
