Locked outside my vehicle called and I was told 30 to 45 minutes I'm a couple minutes down the road . Ended up waiting 2 hours just for them not send anyone waste time avoid this place !

They answer the phone right away, gave reasonable prices, and changed my tires quickly, with minimal wait time.

charged me $125 to tow my car (not exaggerating, I measured), 900 feet. To add insult to injury after I got there they told me it was cash only and made me leave, drive up the road, and go to a bank. What cash only business doesn’t have an atm ? Anyways, I get my car back AND THEY WENT THROUGH MY GLOVE BOX, CENTER CONSOLE, AND CENTER CUBBY LOOKING FOR HIGH VALUE ITEMS. NEVER GET A TOW FROM THEM.

I just had to write this review. I took my car to have oil changed, when I went to pick up my car they informed me I had a bad wiper blade and they replaced it. My Bill 140.00 I forget how much cents. We let them know we did not ask for that to be done. Their response (oh ok it will take a second to take off which it did. ) They made a new bill which was 83.79. How greedy to want to charge a woman about 58.00 for a blade. I should have known when I made the appointment and he called me HONEY numerous times. I'm NOT your HONEY!!!!

very disrespectful blamed it on a monday morning. said it’s $75 an hour for work on my car but i’ve been there before and have never paid more then $30 while my cars been there for hours on end. definitely would recommend tire choice in alliance over this place.

Charged me full price for a small hose that they cut from something else and reused in my truck. Also didnt finish putting everything back. They never call you when they are done you have to call them.
