Wow! What a great place. Just had my first visit with Dr. Michelle who was wonderful. Great staff too. Thank you Stephanie for making us feel comfortable leaving our little Dougy there to have some testing/exams done.

Hello my name is Thingy!I developed a growth in my ear and because it was itching a lot I scratched it open. No one, including my current vet, wanted to help me and remove it. Many other vets were telling me I needed to wait 1-3 months for a surgery appointment, but I don't think I would have made it that long, because the growth was getting bigger fast.Fortunately, my people found Greystone and Dr. Michelle! She not only examined me the next day, but also performed the surgery on the same day! All of that with a very reasonable price! All of the people at the hospital were great and treated me well! I am sorry that I growled at them.I would DEFINATELY recommend Greystone!Thank you allThingy

No one informed me to leave, just wait. Vet will be in 15 minutes. Took sample off floor. What was that about?? I understand saving a pet but leaving us in there for over 1 and a half hours was difficult for me and my pup. They never said to leave. Kept saying she'll be in soon. This is not the first time you over book leaving me to wait. My regular vet puts your practice to shame.

You people are unprofessional. Taking urine samples off the floor, waited over 1 and half, saw no vet, yea you people are "intelligent. " Trash.

***Warning this is a money grab clinic***Do not take your animal to this place, especially if you gave a cat. My girlfriend took our cat in about a month ago for an issue with her leg. They required a $200 deposit to even see our cat. They took x-rays and drew blood. After it was all said and done they had the nerve to say our cat was a "one off case" and they "couldn't see anything from the x-rays." They then persisted to try and nonchalantly acuse us for the reason why our cat has a limp leg. They didn't sedate her for the x-rays, meaning they were horrible quality and couldn't determine because how poorly they managed to take them, from her not being sedated. (This was determined by another vet.)Having the nerve to tell my girlfriend they have no idea what is wrong with our cat, charged us $600 and then wanted more blood work done for a diabetes screening.

Had a very good experience our first visit, but all after that were not as nice, just okay. We moved to the east side of Cleveland and had to get a new vet, so we asked Greystone to send over our dogs records but they only sent over some of the records and then deactivated our account. Does not seem very organized in that aspect so was pretty disappointing.

During COVID when everyone was told to go to ER for animals , Greystone was kind enough to get my dogs in! I had 3 American Bulldogs Chubby, Tiny & Shorty.. I’m born & raised in Cuyahoga & 58 yrs young . Have several animals throughout my lifetime and have been to many veterinary clinics and emergency rooms. Greystone staff & Doctors are very accommodating to any situation that I have and great with special-needs pets for your particular situation. They truly take care of you and your pets. Can’t say enough good things about Greystone.

I'm not sure what has happened at this clinic, they used to be great but, this last time was a horrible experience. I called because I needed urgent care as my dog had blood in her stool and has had diarrhea for several days. I was told they were not taking urgent care patients due to being short a doctor that day. They told me I could drop off a stool sample and bring her back in the morning if I was still concerned. I dropped off the sample around 4:00pm and paid for the test. The woman at the front desk was rude and showed no concern of the problems my dog was experiencing. I was told I would have results that night or early the next day. It has been nearly 24 hours later I still do not have the results. I stopped in the morning to have her examined but was told the wait was 2-3 hours and was still not given the results. I left and went to VCA and was seen immediately. VCA did not request/need a stool sample as they drew blood instead. When I called Greystone to follow up on the test results I paid for and have yet to receive, I was put on hold immediately then hung up on when they tried to answer after 10 minutes. When I called back they wanted to put me on hold again and blamed the phone system for the problems then proceeded to put me on hold again. When they did finally take my call, I spoke to 2 different people, both rude and unhelpful. I was finally told the stool sample was negative for parasites but no mention about the blood. When asked, I was told it is normal for dogs to sometimes have blood in their stool but she could put me back on hold and see if anything was noted (why wouldn't you check for notes the first time?). Also, if blood is 'normal' then why did you have me pay for a useless test? Very frustrated with the front desk people and will not be returning. The professionalism and courtesy was so lacking in this case. I cannot believe they treat customers this way.

My cat was acting sick and their website and voicemail say Friday hours are 8am-1pm- walk-ins only. I was there at 8 and no one was there-closed sign on the door. I waited 25 minutes and called. Nothing. I understand things happen, but put up a sign or change the voicemail so people know. Not sure what the problem was but this caused a lot of stress for my cat and myself. Luckily, I was able to get in right away at Cuyahoga Valley Veterinary Hospital. 303 & Brecksville Road. They were excellent, efficient, and thorough so it all worked out.

Thank you so much to the staff that tried everything they could to save my baby boys life. Although Simba didn’t make it, I’m forever grateful that they did all they could do to help him. He was the first and best cat I’ve ever had and I’m forever blessed to have known him. Thank you again Greystone for everything yesterday. You all are amazing

We had the BEST experience here! Our dog needed bladder stone surgery and my sister in law suggested this place because they received amazing service and care for her dog. She was absolutely right! Everyone from the front desk, assistant and doctor had such comforting vibes and the place is so clean and welcoming! I felt like they truly care whereas other places we inquired services from were booking out months and costing thousands and felt like it was just a cold business transaction. Dr. Michelle Wolford did the surgery and she is the whole package! I definitely recommend this place! We found our new place!! ❤️

This is the absolute best bet I have EVER been to hands down! So caring and helpful. We didn't know it was our kitty's last day with us today, but they made it very special for us all. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️
