Been trying to get a hold of these people for 6 months after a customer's lease expired, nobody answers the phones, nobody returns calls and they wonder why customer didn't renew lease. Like others have said, these guys are a joke!

I would like to know if anyone works here. I have been trying to get our facility machines serviced for over 1 month. If employees are being paid to work at this office I would like to know what for because no one ever answers the phone or gets back to you.

these people will not contact you or let you cancel the contract. I would not work with them ever again and still have not gotten the issue resolved over 3 months working on it. and cant talk to anyone that can help.
