Today is my last day at Seven Hills. I had the honor of working along side some of the most genuine and caring individuals. Even though my journey with Seven will end today, I will never forget the way they showed the staff and residents how much they care. They are not just coworkers but they are family. I will miss them dearly. Keep up the great work team Seven and continue to strive for greatness. With much love❤

I want to say to anyone who wants to either work at this facility or bring their loved one, to do it. Today was my first day as a agency employee here and it was amazing. The stnas are so helpful and loving. I was so happy to see the love and care they gave. The nurses on other floors were more than happy to lend me a hand if needed. That does not happen everywhere trust me. The DON and ADON offered helped and actually helped me all day..they were friendly and compassionate with the residents all day long. It was so nice. I literally saw the upper administration talk to residents and answer call lights. I want to give a huge thank you to Allison the 7p to 7a nurse..she was beyond helpful..so was the wonderful nurse that I gave report to at 7pm. I cannot express how wonderful the staff is there towards the residents. I'm very happy I went there today as a agency nurse. This does not happen often that's why I'm giving a review..10/10..very attentive staff and the higher ups are there on the floor all day..so nice to see..my patients were wonderful and the staff is beyond amazing. I am thankful I worked there today and experienced true team work.

I would really love to give Seven Hills rehabilitation nursing home a big fat 0, but I can’t take away from the few people that went above and beyond.Lakisha Walton is phenomenal, so is a HR person by the name of Melissa, and Holly, these 3 young lady help me to stay cool on so many levels, when it came to the care that my mom was receiving. My mom was at Seven Hills Rehabilitation for a year, it was the worst thing we’ve ever experienced. My neice and myself played a very big role in my moms life, 2 weeks ago I had my mom sent to the hospital for a fever of 104, my mom is 85, the nurse explained that she gave her some Tylenol, and she was resting, I explained that I wanted my mom sent out to Marymount Hospital, once she arrived I found out that she had Pneumonia and a infection, I explained to the nurse that something is causing the fever and we need to find out what it is. On July 5th my mom was havingDifficulty breathing, before receiving her swallow evaluation, the speech therapist told the Nurse Practitioner, and she past it off as Anxiety , when I entered the room and no nurse or anyone else came to look into my mom’s breathing problems, I asked my mom if she could breath and she told me no, and at that time she went into cardiac arrest, the nurse came in and he also said it was anxiety, and so did the respiratory therapist, but my mom has been there 1 year and had never been diagnosed with anxiety. Once my mom arrived at the hospital, I was ask if I wanted her intubated, I was given a matter of seconds to make that decision. At this time my mom remained in the hospital for 30 days, I then decided it was time to take her home. During her stay her clothes were stolen, she was put on a bare mattress, she was hanging over the bed for hours, s camera was placed in her room, one of the aides but a towel over the camera. They would get her dressed without changing her brief, never offered her a regular bath, and put her in the wheelchair and not check on her. The Administrator is a joke, she lied to me so many times it’s ridiculous, she tries very hard to avoid contact with concerns involving her staff, they’ve received fines for infectious disease, foley care, dignity, and wound care. This place should not be called Seven Hills it should be called the Seven Gates of Hell, I’ve turned my concerns into their Ethics Committee and they, responded that there were no findings they should be called the Unethical Committee. I wouldn’t send a Dead Dog there . If you care and love the person that needs rehabilitation. Don’t go there.????I also feel like the 28 year old Administrator needs to take some classes in etiquette , if she spent as much time with the residents like she does out there in the back smoking, and train her aides on proper hygiene, and foley . It’s sad as a visitor, your employees tell me that I’m a complainer, because you don’t want to take responsibility for the deplorable conditions that the residents have to endure, but let me say this when the State Department is notified, it’s all hands on deck, when at any other time, the residents have to wait and eat, the food is cold , and I don’t see the administrator up there trying to help then, my last week there a employee was in moms room helping with getting her cleaned up, I ask her what are you doing in here, she stated that she not only a activity director she’s a STNA, I told her today only I guess everyone will receive the proper care because State is in the building. But believe me it’s the only time things are ran the proper way, please make sure to read the other comments from other traumatized families, it’s real, no matter if it’s old or new. This place needs to be shut down ASAP, and also please check on your love ones . Because there’s a young immature person who can’t handle her own life, so don’t put your love ones life in her hand. Always remember that a team is only strong as it’s captain…..

Today was my last day at seven hills. I decided after my 2 year run to take a position closer to home. I will truly miss all of the wonderful residents, but I have to say thank you to my colleagues! Thank you to my peers. All the great STNA'S that made my work days easier by completing there tasks and showing compassion to the residents always. Thank to our RT whi always fed me when I couldn't stop to feed myself and always lending a helping hand when needed. Our new admin who's door was always open your future is so bright, HR, thank you! And soo many others who make the ship run.

I work here and the amount of care and time that the new administration and managers put into this place is really turning it around and making a difference. It's not the same place with Kaylee in charge! She really cares and dedicates her time to making Seven hills the best nursing home it can be!

I'm in this facility currently after my stroke and they have been very caring and helpful in the time I've been here. The social worker staff has been very helpful it trying to help me transition back into my home life and the nursing staff has allways taken care of me like i was they own family . Some nurses and aids went above and beyond they jobs to make me comfortable in this new chapter in my life. I worked in 3 nursing homes and none was as clean and fresh as this one! The older people seem happier than I thought I would be because they are well taken of and that's what I like ! I'm saying this because instead of going by someone recommendations I now have my own personal experience and I glad I have got my stroke care here and I thank them for giving me such a positive experience!

Communication:My dad is at this facility because he was there before we were relatively satisfied. My mother has been calling since 2am August 8th to follow up on test results from his visit to the emergency room the 7th. After multiple phone calls and a request to speak to administration still no response. I filed a complaint with Saber Health regarding this matter.

My husband has been at this facility since March for rehab due to a cardiac arrest in December. He had a bad bed sore, and needed physical therapy. The aides are so nice and friendly, and most are very caring. My only complaint is the staffing. Very short staffed. These aides work their butts off every day. Some evenings and weekends 1 aide is working. Something needs to be done, as these aides are getting burnt out, quitting, or thinking about quitting. To the aides you are wonderful people. There are some great nurses that will actually assist the aides with hoists, getting people back in bed, others won’t even get up from the desk. Because it’s not my job? To the people in charge, you need to do something to fix the short staff problem. You have some wonderful staff, and should be doing something to keep them there!!! My husband will be discharged this month, and I have to say, I’m going to miss some of the workers.

Kaylee Klefman the administrator is truly earned this position. She started in healthcare as A STNA . She truly understands hard work. I’ve worked under her as a nurse - She has always been open for suggestions and implementation for a better work place. My father is a resident at a facility she was the former administrator. As a family member she was always easily approachable with my concerns and would follow through with the plan. She is greatly missed. She’s a a great addition to Seven Hills rehabilitation.

My parents were here for 2 weeks even though I was warned by health care professionals to avoid it at all costs. It started out well with welcoming administration and staff. Things deteriorated drastically in a short amount of time. Horrible staffing issues, phony administration and dangerous incompetence forced us to quickly get them out of there. When my father was taken to the hospital by EMS after he became unresponsive an hour after receiving his morning meds, EMS personnel literally told me “ YOU NEED TO GET THEM OUT OF HERE!!” This place needs to be closed down strictly because of neglect and incompetence. I will say some of the regular nurses and aides were kind and caring and Tiara and the rehab staff are all very good. The mortality rate is off the charts. I stayed with my parents 24/7 while waiting to get them transferred just for their safety. Simply shocking how this place can be allowed to remain open. This is not a case of “ sour grapes”. I’m just stating facts so your loved one doesn’t become another unfortunate statistic.

If you care about your loved ones, AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! Both my grandparents were admitted to this facility within a week of eachother due to falls. At first it seemed promising despite the poor reviews and their doctors telling us to avoid going there (but it was very close to their home so we decided to admit them anyway). I will start by saying there are a few of their regular employees that were wonderful (Nicole, Tiara, Will, Darma, Sharisse and the rehab staff) but they utilize A LOT of agency staff who seem to be very careless and lazy. In the short time we were there, my grandfather stated that one of the aids was frustrated with him and threw a remote at him, and then less than 1 hour later after receiving his morning medication, he was completely unresponsive requiring EMS to be called to take him to the ER where we were told it was a suspected medication error/issue. No administration or staff ever addressed this issue with us. Then just 2 nights later, there was only 1 nurse on (no aids) for over 30 patients.. that same night every call light was on for 2-3+hours, and a man ended up passing away with his call light on. We moved my grandparents the very next day. We overheard one staff member talking about how they’ve had 7 deaths in the last 4 weeks. The admin and staff were welcoming and full of promise at first, but that quickly faded to dirty looks and rude attitudes. We were forced to stay at the facility around the clock due to the lack of care they received, and the carelessness and incompetence of the staff. This place is full of neglect and should honestly be shut down in my opinion.

not off to a great start, hoping it gets better for my friend who is there..UPDATE 2 weeks later and not much better.. Staff.. ignores calls to take people to the bathroom, left my friend on the toilet for 30 minutes they had to call the front desk to tell them, from her cell phone. . showering is an issue practically have to beg them to give her a shower.. , always on the phones at the front desk, while lights are on for rooms where people need help, I feel sad for the people who have no one visiting them to witness this.. .. Basic care is lacking BIG TIME ..FINALLY had to have her moved, beyond words and how they get away with this I have NO clue
