“Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, the store was perfectly stocked, zoned and extremely clean, even the bathrooms ! Remember tip your servers well and treat all associates everywhere with respect they are people too!”
“November 2025 I’m back and just as good as before. Much warmer outside compared to January.
January 2025 Best selection of groceries in the downtown core area. Beautiful building. Helpful staff members. Prices seem in line with area. Heinen’s was recommended by the guide at the Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Monument, a place that is well worth a visit too.”
“We love heinens and this location! We are sad they are getting rid of many A2 dairy products which forces us to go to Strongsville location. This store is very cozy and clean and we enjoy seeing the employees here who are always kind. We ask to bring back snowville creamer and origin products! :)”
“The Heinen’s location in Brecksville, Ohio, is distinguished for its exceptional layout and design. This store is renowned for offering a wide array of high-quality delicacies suitable for various occasions, making it a top choice for shoppers.”
“Like family. Getting really pricy. Median price is 7.99. But. This is my FavoritE grocery store. I know where everything is. I don't get tired walking. Great produce.”
“Nice little ALDI for the area while visiting. Good pricing and normal selection of food if you’re a regular to the store. Was in and out - one cashier an the rest were self checkout lanes.”
“My favorite Aldi. The staff are the best - always pleasant, helpful and willing to go out of their way to help. Everyone works well together and they keep us in and out. Always clean and the deals are always amazing. Let's not forget Aldi's prices are the best in town”
“They have a lot of high quality food items. I like the peanut butter they make. The machine is right there and you can see the only ingredient is peanuts. I also like their selection of butters.”
“A great value for groceries. Much better than Giant Eagle. Checkout goes quickly, and almost all of their products are of a high quality. They have a decent number of gluten free things, too.”

“I love shopping at Aldi's, you save money compared to the regular grocery stores. The only thing I hate about Aldi's.... Forcing shoppers to use self checkout by only have one cashier working. If I want to do all that extra work as a senior citizen, to checkout my own groceries,,,I might as well just shop online and do pickup at Walmart. I am not your employee, this is not how to keep customers happy,”
“this is one of my staple grocery store for a reason - you can't get this combination of hard-to-find staple ingredients, unique options, and prices elsewhere. it's best to come in with an open mind AND an idea for what you already want to try. i manage to find something new despite going regularly. their frozen section has lots of vegan meats, premade desserts/meals (like ice cream and kimbap), and dumplings that are clearly labeled. there's a wide selection of produce and herbs that are often heavily discounted. they feature freshly made soy milk for a steal; if you buy two quarts, you get one free. if you're squeamish with the presentation of animal flesh, there's a fish market and roasted duck but it's relatively easy to circumnavigate. the check-out is also very friendly and happy to help with any groceries you have.”
“The place is a little deceptive and I am glad bring an overall rating of the entire experience. First off, it’s a good size grocery store that seems well stocked. However the grocery carts need attention because the wheels on every cart were jacked up. Every staff member was kind and attentive, which was a huge plus. The hot food and salad bar: all looked very good. I’m went with the hibachi. It was awesome, with a sizable, filling, man-sized portion for $12. A drawback was that they did not have drinks available where we bought our food. There was nobody at the kiosk area for drinks, so you would have had to make the purchase at the grocery check-out, which all lines were backed up. Lastly, we said we would eat there, as they had about a dozen tables in the corner. It was disgustingly filthy, but we wet some napkins and cleaned a spot and ate. I think this would be a good grab and go place. Even with hibachi, we only had a short wait. Food alone would have been 5-stars because it was delicious and what we didn’t eat looked superior”
“Most employees are friendly and helpful, MOST
One complaint my friend and I both had was the price tags, many things weren't marked as all, and several other tags were misplaced under different items than the tags were priced for. When my friend approached a nearby employee and asked about a price for an item that this particular employee had just gotten done stocking. She just kept saying "it's right there. It's right there" and pointed in the general direction of the iiem he had asked about. This particular item was in the cooler, he finally found the marker... the tag was on the floor inside the cooler half under the rack”

“Vanessa at the register was outstanding. When she learned that I couldn’t find garlic stuffed olives at the end cap display, she rang me out with my main order then quickly ran over to the aisle where the other olives were and grabbed a jar for me. She then rang the jar up. No one was in line behind me.
But, as I was bagging my groceries, Vanessa began ringing out a lady who mentioned that she couldn’t find a certain type of cheesecake. Well, wouldn’t you know it, but Vanessa ran over to the cheesecake area and confirmed that ALDI was sold out.
Vanessa is a great ambassador for the ALDI brand, and I hope she gets recognized. Kudos to Vanessa!”

“Unbelievable, upper crust foods. As well as lowbrow. I haven't seen such a place, it's like Ghetto meets fancy pants Nancy. I love it!!! Going to be my fave place on Euclid. Everybody is pleasant, nobody's screaming, either that or my meds kicked in.???”
“Their grocery prices are amazing, with a great variety to choose from. I absolutely love their specials, and the customer service is always so friendly and helpful!”

“The staff is always kind and friendly. I have had to return things and they make it so easy! I feel for the one actual cashier they have that has to help all the self check out people too!”
“I love Costco. Since it's conveniently located in the town where we live., I can recoup all fees for the cost of membership since gas is consistently cheaper there than by other gas station around. The food options are numerous and if you're not great at math, use the calculator for n your phone to see if the bulk options are actually a cost savings. Staples we buy there included laundry and dishwasher soap, vitamins and supplements, and coffee. $5 for a fully cooked rotisserie chicken? Crazy. Walk the aisles, take in some samples and save some money.”
“I like Dave's market but their prices are really really getting out of hand it's ridiculous but it's very convenient for me so I still go in there and try and find like sales and things of that nature but other than that if you're on the strict budget I wouldn't recommend it”
“Good local food store in the middle of a food desert, that you wouldn't expect. I'm disabled so walking up north of Madison to family dollar is a pain, and I have a medical condition that prevents me from eating gluten. So my main grocery store is Aldis once a month, but when I need day to day items walking that far is strenuous and exhausting for me. I'm so grateful to have a local grocery store with cheap unexpired items. Even some household goods. It's like any five and dime or discount and dent store you'd find in the country, so I'm very grateful that this is here and whoever runs it seems aware of the needs of the community.”
“I love this place! It's one of the new larger Aldi's. I want to say it's about 40% larger than the regular size of the Aldi's stores in the US. As soon as you go in, on the right, it has ready to bake pizza and cooked meals at a good price. I've tried the chicken breast stuffed with broccoli in cream sauce, Thai chicken in coconut sauce, chicken fajitas, pulled pork, Korean chicken. A lot of different stuff. If you don't have meals prepped it's a great place to stop on the way to work and it's a healthier option than a lot of fast food places. The selection of products in general is pretty good. Name brands along with Aldi's generic brand stuff and an "Aldi's Finds" section that is an interesting ever-changing area that I enjoy checking out whenever I go. It is an Aldi's, so they don't give you bags or bag your stuff and most of the time there are only two check out isles at most, but they are very quick. Bring a quarter if you want a cart. Quite a bit of the time someone will have a cart they'll just give you, but you can't count on that. They do sell bags in the store that are reusable. I've purchased 10 of them for 6 bucks, and I've used them probably five times and they show no wear and tear. You can put quite a bit of weight in them, but you don't want to stack them so that they are pushed out wide. If you do that then they can rip at the handle when you pick it up. They are cheap to replace but no one wants their groceries to spill everywhere, so it's best to err on the side of caution and just use extra bags. I don't know what the bathroom situation is so I can't comment on that. There's quite a bit of parking but it is a little bit of a twist when you pull in or leave sometimes. There's a couple ways you can drive in or out. There's a nice (and popular) bar and restaurant (Brew Wall & Antonios Pizza) that opened up next door. So while it's a pretty well designed parking area for traffic access, it's a little bit congested at peak times because as soon as you pull in it opens up to a variety of directions, and it's not a long driveway from the road. So you kind of have to nose your way into a line/blob of cars occasionally. There is a stoplight there to help keep things from getting out of hand. It's awesome if you go at non-peak times though, and there is a second driveway that winds around to the big parking lot a little bit further down if you want to avoid a peak-time line/blob. That driveway doesn't have a stoplight, but there is usually very little traffic there. Overall, I highly recommend it as a convenient low-cost grocery store for your basic needs and then some!”
“Went here tonight for pupusas! It was a very cute restaurant, bright and happy. Our server was also friendly. The pupusas were really good! They were around $6 each, great value! Lots of filling. I highly recommend the birria ones. I was full after 2, but a guy or a very hungry person could definitely eat 3.”
“Very nice store, You practically can get anything in this store. Because it is a grocery and gas station combine and food store on the side. The employees are very funny, cordial and handsome. The area is very cool.”
“Been here twice. First time the cashier double charged me for blueberries but forgot to charge me for a frozen item. It was a .30 difference so it wasn’t worth going back in. Second time a different cashier double charged me for a gallon of milk. I don’t know if their scanners are overly sensitive or if the cashiers are rushing but I’m two for two so far. I don’t know why they don’t have self checkout like the one on Snow Road since they never have more than two lines open. Nice store though.”
“Arrived here late at night. They do have overnight parking for trucks, but it’s located near Warehouse #1, across the street. You can also park near Warehouse #2 if your engine is off — plenty of space and no one bothered me.
They officially start working at 4:15 AM. I began calling around 4:30 using the phone number posted on the sign, but no one answered. At 5:00 AM I walked to the office/receiving area — doors were closed, no one inside. After some effort and with help from a forklift driver, I finally got someone to open the door. I handed in my paperwork and was given a dock right away.
You have to drive the truck inside the building to the dock. Space inside is very tight, especially for sleeper trucks. I was lucky to be the only truck there. Be very careful — narrow entrance, narrow exit, and tight maneuvering.
Unloading took about an hour and a half. Overall, not terrible. If you arrive late in the evening, you can stay overnight and unload early in the morning.”

“Clean and well-stocked. My go-to for so many food items. Prices always reasonable. Many vegan options. Produce always fresh. Great organic options. Staff friendly and very hard working.”
