Clean, bright store. Pleasant, helpful personnel . I did not utilize the pharmacy services -I was shopping in the over-the-counter beauty supplies area of the store and quickly found just what I was shopping for.

I have been coming to the Seven Hills Walgreens for over 10 years & really haven’t had any issues with their pharmacy in that time. Now, it’s been new people in & out of there within the last 2-3 years. It’s not the same. I use the automated refill system, go to pick it up & it is never ready. This has happened at least 4 times within the last 5 months. Today, same thing happened. Prescription should have been ready yesterday & the pharmacy tech has no idea why it didn’t go through & it’s not ready. Why have an automated system if your techs don’t get the requests and/or they’re not going to be filled for your customers? ?

I was scheduled for a Booster appointment on12/21at Walgreens in Seven Hills Ohio My Appointment was scheduled for 3pm Didn’t Realize until I got there that my appointment was canceled using voicemail Why would any pharmacy close at 3pm during a pandemic knowing the appointment was previously booked before the holidays Thanks Walgreens

After the manager in Seven Hills, Ohio allowed Trump supporters to use the parking lot for their protest, I have decided never to shop at Walgreens ever again. This tells me that Walgreens supports the violence incited today by Donald Trump. I refuse to support a business that supports violence and the continued spread of misinformation. CVS is just a few blocks up the street!

We have used this pharmacy for many years, but no more. Called in a prescription refill using their automated system which I've done many timed before. Went to pick it up a couple days later and was told no prescription had been called in. No further explanation was offered and I was meant to feel like a bumbling fool who did not know what I was doing. Called in the prescription a 2nd time and went to pick it up at the appropriate time. The technician again told me there was no prescription for pick up. I explained that this was the 2nd time it was called in and at that point they looked into the situation a bit more. I was informed that our prescription coverage (not Walgreens fault) had changed and that the only option was to get in touch with the administrator of our plan so that the refill could be processed. The other option was to pay full price and Walgreens would take care of it ($20 versus $1.50). I'm not faulting Walgreens for changes to our prescription plan, but certainly they could have called us (in both cases) to suggest what the problem was. VERY POOR customer service and would not recommend using this Walgreens.

The store is clean and well stocked, but we came for the third time to utilize the clinic. I inquired about a service that was listed online as a service performed as was literally screamed at that this clinic doesn't do that (thyroid levels) by the same nasty woman who was a j*** about a school physical for my child. That time she was as rude as she could be about every small aspect of the paper work. It's clear that she hates her job, but I was exceedingly polite (I work in customer service and deal with frustrated, angry people a fair bit) and respectful. I asked- and I only asked once, in a respectful polite tone- because I wasn't sure what I had read was factual. A simple "I'm sorry, we don't do that here but I can refer you somewhere" or "I'm sorry, we don't offer that" in a respectful tone would have been appropriate.

Went to Walgreens to use the clinic for a urinary infection on 9/23. I've done this a few times at the CVS Minute Clinic and always had a good experience there. No insurance at CVS was $96 to pee in a cup and get the results. Well at this Walgreens it was $125 with no insurance to pee in cup, I reluctantly paid for what I thought was just a standard urinary infection check with no insurance. Seems the nurse practitioner Kathryn Stoltz coded some other labs that I did not consent to with no insurance and got a bill for $900 from Quest Diagnostics. Walgreens has been extremely difficult to deal with trying to get this bill resolved. Now it is going to collections and it seems Walgreens doesn't give a s*** about their customers when the error is on their side. Or maybe the nurse practitioner on duty at the time should pay my bill since it was her error. So much for getting affordable insurance when I get bills like this that are in error but affect my credit rating. Thx Walgreens. Everyone, go to CVS. Way more professional.
