Ken was very knowledgeable and honest when giving recommendations and advice. Sent my bike to him for a tune and dyno after a big bore install.

I called to replace a tire. I told him I purchased a brand new Dunlop online from J and P. He said you can have them install it. He said he has 8 bikes in garage and hangs up. I hope it’s 8 loyal costumers. Maybe a new business model. I’m not even upset about the lousy attitude or the fact that this guy’s unwillingness to “change a tire”. It was more that he simply hung up. Very unprofessional.

Ken is a super nice guy and after talking with him it's very clear he knows his stuff! Very knowledgeable! I'll update further once he's done working on my 08 fxdx next week.

Just wanted to leave a review. Every experience I've had with Ken Miller Customs has been over the top! He always goes above and beyond. Great customer service! Outstanding work ethic too! I'd recommend anyone bringing their Harley needs to Ken Miller Customs!
