I liked my reset here. Alot of parking, several washer and dryers to to laundry. Yeah it could definitely use some updating but people are nice. Showers are very small but overall pretty good stop!

Ricky that works in the shower area is extremely rude and confrontational…..the showers were backed up at 11:00pm and he was sitting eating McDonalds while on the clock…he had just came in to work…the night manager, a female, said that the other shift left them with dirty showers….therefore, I don’t understand why Ricky clocked in and started eating……..he is very rude and should not have direct contact with customers.

Does not even deserve one star.
Waiting with eight guests in line and showers not getting cleaned.
Asked what was going on and how much longer we had to wait. Was told there is nobody to clean the showers and they’re waiting on somebody they called in on their day off.
1. There was enough staff for somebody to jump in and start cleaning the showers. Guess that’s not in their job description…..
2. Why are you still taking money for showers when you have nobody to clean them????
I’m sorry, but there’s nothing worse than driving for 11 hours and the only thing you look forward to is a damn shower and crawling into bed, but then you have to waste your time waiting for hours because employees have no problem solving skills…..

Subway is closed due to people walking off the job and the manager instead of getting behind a counter and making subs is just walking around doing nothing.

Disgusting showers, they didn’t even clean after the last person, also the showers are very tiny definitely do not recommended to take a shower here. Also, after we came out of the shower, we heard a guy telling the worker that the coffee was not hot, she went bonkers and started yelling on the whole truckstop that it was hot and he should microwave it. So Also crazy customer service. If you want a good shower or want to be treated like a normal person do not stop here.

Update: truck parking they have..and small dirty showers and restrooms they also have. I have been parked here and just went in to shower and turned right around and came back out. The shower room is a disgrace. Someone was just in here shaving with hair all over the place. There was no place to put my bag. The floor was soaked in water. There were no towels to even dry the floor, so I used toilet paper to get the wetness up just to use the restroom. I said forget it and walked out. I will stop and bathe closer to my delivery point.
The only good point now about this, once was my favorite spot to park, is that it does have reliable parking. That is all! I used a shower credit and it went to waste. I hope I can shower at the next place even though I just used a credit at this place.
I'm completely disappointed with this location now. I have to make sure I don't come back and need any other services because I know I will not get it here.

Couldn't find Ranch or Italian dressings, but it does have a Subway and drinks. No Icees, either. Workers are nice.
