“I have been using this AutoZone location for about 3 years, they have consistently displayed extreme professionalism and upheld the utmost in customer service. I was helped today by Tristan and he took the time to make sure what I purchased was the right part and that I had everything I needed to do the job. This was after he stepped out in the cold wind to run my engine diagnostic.While we were doing my transaction another lady came in and asked where she could find something. A younger employee told her where she could find it and without missing a beat Amanda stepped in and let the employee know not only tell the customer where the product was but take her and show her. It was just an example of the reason why the store runs the way it does. Amanda did this very discretely without any embarrassment to the employee,it was just something I happened to notice.Very nicely ran store and will continue to get my business”

“Something was wrong w my car.. wasn’t sure if it was the battery/alternator or what. They tested my battery for me before just selling me one and hoping that’s what the issue was. They took my old one out and put the new one in. They had a bit of trouble getting the old one out (my cars fault, not theirs) but they were so kind and got it done very quick. I believeThe salesmen need a little more info on EV, such as didn’t know that power adapter for car was included I think it’s called L2V, also it comes with 1000 free charging hours with Electify America. Disappointed that for the price of the car no way to charge unless you have a charging system in your garage with a plug in. They could of included a 110 power plug, so expect to pay between 1200 to 1500 for a level two install”
